They just raised rent almost EXACLY the same as the 8.7% COLA increase. There goes my COLA down the drain. Will be looking elsewhere.

My father, Tim Rice, lives here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. The entire place has an excellent atmosphere. It's a wonderful place to live.

Used to be a decent place but they changed ownership and let so much staff go. My parents toilet was plugged for 4 days, they had to use the public one down the hall, ridiculous. They no longer deliver packages to the room, residents have to go downstairs and get them. They now charge 5$ a meal if you want to eat in your room. They offer no assistance of any type. You fall to have to call 911 for help.

Beware, looks are deceiving. Rental prices are way beyond what you get. A friend left and glad that he did. After hearing his stories, would not recommend.

My parents had slight Demensia when they came, severe when they left and in spite of that Alexis Gardens were always helpful. Sad they have to leave due to severe Demensia and requiring 24, 7 help now. Thankful to Alexis Gardens for all they did!!

At Alexis Gardens the staff is 100% at your service to provide a Home atmosphere with an elevator to fit everyones needs. They guide the resident and their family on all they provide including all meals, laundry care, housekeeping, electric, air conditioning, cable, lots of events, activities galore and outings! This well-groomed spacious grounds has a cement trail that you can walk all around the property and even a beautiful water fountain that never stops in the spring, summer and fall! Also, they provide pamphlets of organizations for extra individual services the resident, s may need - including ADLs they may recommend different facilities that come out for blood draws, occupational assistance and Veterans love it here!They have their own Beauty Shop, Chapel, a PT room, Library, Family TV area, pool table with a grand staircase and exquisite open concept Grand dining room with a fireplace, piano and a wall of their own honored Veterans! For private celebrations they have an Activity room with full kitchen and a smaller private dining room closed with French doors!This facility is serene. The staff are all kind,helpful and accomodating. They have three meals a day and a snack bar that is always open.They take residents on their bus to various places.They make every effort to keep the residents happy and active.
