My aunt is a resident at Alexis Gardens and I recently was in Toledo so I went to visit her. It’s a beautiful place but what in my mind was greatest part about my visit was the staff. Laura and Michelle were wonderful as was the rest of the staff. They actually cared about the residents and their well being. They took the time to listen/speak and connect with my aunt (and to be honest they knew things about her that I didn’t even know). I want to say thank you for caring for her and let everyone know in the Toledo area. If you’re looking for a community for a loved one. They should definitely visit Alexis Gardens

Alexis Holiday Gardens has been wonderful to my uncle, he moved here to be closer to family after living in traverse city for 60 years, it has been a very challenging endeavor but the staff and community have made the transition much easier

I never really considered senior apartment living at Alexis Gardens till I heard about the Amada Senior care aides that has helped make this living situation possible for me. I was very lonely living at home since my wife passed in 2020. After my fall, I didn’t feel safe living in my home alone anymore. Assisted living facilities are very expensive. Amada senior care made the difference and helped make living her possible. I absolutely love it! I challenge you to compare assisted living facilities to Alexis Gardens with Amada senior aides and you’ll see how much more affordable it is!

Alexis Gardens is a great place with amazing people working and living there. It is a true family environment. They have residents who have lived there over a decade and staff that have worked there for over two decades. The apartments are very nicely sized and the cost is lower than most other independent Senior living communities in the area.

I would name a few star workers but then I would have to name them all! From the office, reception, kitchen staff, servers, and even maintenance you’ll always be greeted with a smile or a friendly hello. We went through a very tough situation shortly after moving my grandparents into this residence and the entire staff made sure they recognized it and took extra care of my grandparents plus the family members. The food is very good, the people are personable, and the facility itself is very well taken care of and very clean. Don’t second guess yourself if you’re looking for a place to live!

We were nervous about moving our parents into a Independent living facility from their home. However, after moving them into Alexis Gardens we couldn't be happier. The management, the office gals, kitchen staff, housekeepers to maintenance guys and beyond bend over backwards for my parents and family. The food is homemade and top-notch being served 3 meals per day. Weekly housekeeping is included along with daily activities. And did I mention the newly renovation in the entire building and how beautiful it is. If your considering moving your parents or yourself into a Independent facility, please don't hesitate to contact Alexis Gardens for a tour, you won't be disappointed. All the staff will treat you like family.

My father, Tim Rice, lives here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. The entire place has an excellent atmosphere. It's a wonderful place to live.

Used to be a decent place but they changed ownership and let so much staff go. My parents toilet was plugged for 4 days, they had to use the public one down the hall, ridiculous. They no longer deliver packages to the room, residents have to go downstairs and get them. They now charge 5$ a meal if you want to eat in your room. They offer no assistance of any type. You fall to have to call 911 for help.

Beware, looks are deceiving. Rental prices are way beyond what you get. A friend left and glad that he did. After hearing his stories, would not recommend.

My parents had slight Demensia when they came, severe when they left and in spite of that Alexis Gardens were always helpful. Sad they have to leave due to severe Demensia and requiring 24/7 help now. Thankful to Alexis Gardens for all they did!!
