A man in my care came to stay at St. Francis Home after a stroke. He was in 3 hospitals prior and I was told he needed to be on Hospice because the end was near. The Physical Therapy Department at St. Francis Home assessed him and said they could work with him and saw promise as I did. Long story short, after 5 months, he is back in his apartment living independently. I am so amazed at their dedication, perseverance, and especially their compassion as they work diligently for each individual they serve. I cried a lot of tears over what doctors told me was hopeless. And now, thanks to St. Francis Homes compassionate staff and their remarkable Physical Therapy Department, those tears are happy tears.

Cannot say enough good things about the St. Francis Senior Ministries, especially the Chiara Memory Care Unit. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were met with compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. The staff provide more than just care, they offer love, dignity, and respect to every resident. The level of attention and understanding they show to those with memory loss is truly remarkable. They take the time to get to know each individual, creating a comforting environment that feels like home. Our family felt supported every step of the way, and we’ve had such peace of mind knowing our mother was in such good hands. The team is truly a blessing, and we are forever grateful for their dedication and heart.
