Though the work environment is relaxed and the staff friendly, the facility needs more staffing to ensure residents receive timely care. Management should address the occasional disrespect from some residents towards staff. Open communication can foster mutual respect between staff and residents. As an agency caregiver, I felt disrespected when my services were abruptly canceled without notice. While some aspects were initially satisfactory, I was ultimately treated unprofessionally. Unless management commits to increasing staffing and preventing staff disrespect, I would advise agency caregivers to reconsider working here.
