My experience years ago is that they are totally mismanaged by the owners 8 years ago & their son. The only way this operation could possibly be in business is if it the franchise was sold. I was a 51+ year CPAs, tax preparation service, & tax court consultant.

This company was truly a gift in our lives. My father was my mother's primary care giver and when he passed away suddenly in March we needed help. Comfort keepers sent two wonderful women, Bonnie and Leah, to help us get her where she needed to be safely and she bonded with them, to a point that even with her dementia, she felt safe and secure in their care. They go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the family and patient, and I will be forever grateful.

Comfort Keepers has been a huge help to provide care for my Mother when I had to be at work. We have dealt with several different care givers from this organization and they have all been friendly & willing to do all the tasks my Mother needed help with. They have done housekeeping, grocery pickups & meal prep. I feel so much better having them with her when I have to be away. Like every business right now, they are struggling to keep enough help so there have been times that they could not provide a care giver but for the most part they have had someone there when they needed them. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers for your loved ones care.
