In this forever changing industry and continued lack of healthcare workforce, The Landing continues to attract the most amazing team members. It was an honor to lead this team, and the management will continue to operate with transparency, responsibility, strength and humility. MY own grandmother did reside here, and I would move another family member in if needed. The department head team is unmatched ... Maintenance and housekeeping are responsive and jump in where needed, activities are always fresh ideas (check out the Facebook page!), Sales stays close to the families to continue to guide their journey long after the sale....it's just an amazing place.

I am approaching 2 years at The Landing of Stow and it is the best community I have ever worked. From the Executive Director to Housekeeping - everyone pitches in and makes sure our residents are loved, cared for and have a great experience in their home. There is no one that says, "that's not my department". If you want to have a community where there is a "roll your sleeve up and help out" mentality and transparency and communication, then The Landing of Stow is the community you can trust.

My mother will be 96 soon, and the care she receives as one slowly losing her faculties is fantastic. Everyone of the staff is kind to her, and the other residents often reach out to help her. I couldn't be happier.

We recently moved my mother into The Landing of Stow. The staff has been so kind and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their residents. It really feels like a family atmosphere. My mother loves all the different activities they offer and says the food is delicious. We couldn’t have picked a better home for her.

I have been very happy with The Landing of Stow for both my mother (age 89) and my mother-in-law (age 92). My mother moved into Assisted Living in May, 2020, and when I was looking for a facility for my mother-in-law in the Fall of 2021, I did not hesitate one bit to move her from her condo in Warren, Ohio, to The Landing of Stow. Due to a decline in health at one point for both moms, they were moved to the Memory Care neighborhood and both were on hospice care for awhile. However, due to the excellent care provided by the caring staff at The Landing of Stow, as well as outside providers, they are both currently moving back to Assisted Living---a real rarity--to continue to live their best lives going forward. The ENTIRE managerial staff is warm and welcoming to the residents and family members alike. In fact, they make it a point to interact with the residents and know them all by name. As for the floor caregivers who provide the daily care to the residents, they are wonderful as well. In addition, I would be remiss if I did not give a shout out to the receptionists and food service, maintenance, and housekeeping employees, too. The Activities Director is always coming up with unique ideas for the residents' enjoyment. Bingo is huge at The Landing of Stow! The activities that the residents enjoy in both Assisted Living and Memory Care are meant to be fun, but to also "keep things moving" both mentally and physically. As the sole family member responsible for both moms, I don't know what I would do without such a supportive Landing of Stow "family" as the ladies continue on their respective journeys.

My dad has been at the Landing for a month and has really adjusted well. The facility is beautiful, as is his room. The lobby-living room and dining room are particularly light, spacious and well decorated. The staff is warm and friendly—my dad especially loves the dining room servers. The exercise classes and memory classes have been helpful and he adores special events like the country music concert recently held. I can see everything planned, and everything he takes part in on an app. I know we made the right choice. This is a place that is thoughtfully run and constantly aiming for improvement.

At 92, my mom is very happy at the Landing, and I am overjoyed at the continuing care she receives. She can be a bit cranky about the food, which is to be expected, but I supplement it with fresh fruit, brie, and Khalua. She has also learned to do so many things she wasnt interested in before. Finally, while it will be great to break out of this place occasional, but she understands the importance of wearing a mask and staying safe.

My grandmother has lived at the Landing for about a year now and has nothing but nice things to say about the staff there. Even when extremely busy- the nurses, aides and activities director are always attentive and kind to her. They go out of their way to make her feel special, respected and cared for. The management has always been attentive and helpful when weve inquired about different things.

My aunt moved here about six months ago. We talk several times a week on the phone. She is very pleased with all of the staff, her apartment, activities, exercises, food, and loves happy hour. This gives our family peace of mind because we didnt believe she was going to thrive. When she first arrived at there, she was not eating well, wasnt active, and slept a lot. We give them all five stars because they all have gave her life back to her. She is much happier, healthier, and safe. Thank you all for caring for my aunt Marion. As shared with us in the beginning of this process, it was the right thing to do for her well-being. Keep up the great work and we pray that all of your residents and staffing stay safe.

We could not be happier with our decision to place my husbands mother at The Landings of Stow. I looked at every facility in the area and kept coming back to The Landings. It is the only place where I felt like they were listening to our concerns rather than trying to sell us a room. She had been there for several months and we havent been disappointed with our choice. My mother-in-law likes living there, and we know she is safe and well cared for. You will not go wrong with this choice.

The Landing of Stow is one of the best Assisted Living facilities I have been to. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. So many great events are held here that the residents really enjoy! Such a warm and inviting environment. Would most certainly recommend!

Ive been meaning to write a review on this place since Christmas but got a little busy. In December my boyfriend invited me to the landing for a Christmas party I wasnt sure because Ive been to some similar places but I went. It was amazing kind of a Bed & Breakfast/Hotel really homey but classy as well not at all what I expected. It was so nice to see how they catered to both their residents & their families. When my boyfriend invited me there for Eater I went without hesitation. Once again fabulous for all. There was such a nice buffet & they even had an omelette station. After brunch they had an Easter Egg Hunt ! I would love for my parents to be in a place as nice as the landing. Thanks for the eye opener. Sorry not only was the place great but so was the Staff!

Mom needed 24-hour care with living. We toured several different Assisted Living Communities in our area. We chose The Landing of Stow because of the people who work there. Each resident receives one-on-one, hands-on care and assistance in daily living. The caregivers are compassionate, kind and friendly. The Activities Director goes out of her way to encourage Mom to do things--Bingo, Pakino, corn hole, rosary, outings, and more. The Receptionists at the front desk do so much more than greet people. They are friendly, accommodating, and never forget to help us schedule an appointment for Mom--like getting her hair done. The food is delicious and the Wait Staff efficient and kind. The Landing of Stow is run and managed by true professionals from the Manager to Nursing to Marketing. They know every resident by name, likes and dislikes, special needs, etc. We just cannot say enough good things about the experience for my Mom. She went from laying around in bed doing nothing to being fully active and enjoying life. Thank you to all at The Landing of Stow who have contributed to her success and happiness in living.

This place is amazing. The staff is so caring, and they do such a great job keeping up with landscaping! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a friend or family member! I am very skeptical about leaving my loved ones anywhere without me, but I know I could trust this place without a doubt!

Hey this review had taken me a little while to get to but it is much needed. I made the mistake of buying a rear wheel drive car in Ohio... and during a rough day the in winter time. I was stuck on the road right in front of The Landing in Stow. I was there for around 20 min when I was almost ready to call a tow truck, 4 to 5 employees from The Landing of Stow came out and spent around 15 minutes pushing my car through the snow. I can not explain how grateful I am for them and the integrity it takes for a person to go out of their way in bitter cold whether and help someone the their busy day is amazing. I will recommend this place to anyone because I can tell by the genuine attitude that these works carried themselves with, this is a great place for any family member in need of care. Now a days, its tough to find people who will take good care of your family and being the people that they were that day I believe that this should be everyone's first choice. I do appreciate everything again and I can not state how thankful I am for these workers that day, if there is anything I can ever do please do not hesitate to ask, have a wonderful day!

The Landings of Stow has been the perfect assisted living facility for my mother. The care they give is outstanding! They offer Physical therapy, exercise classes, and activities throughout the day. My mother is more active now than she has been in a long time. The Landings has a very bright cheery atmosphere along with the welcoming staff and other residents.The management, nursing staff and aids are wonderful. If she needs anything they are right there to help her. I do not have to worry that she is being taken care of properly. They are honest and are truly look after the well being of their residents. I highly recommend you visit the Landings of Stow if you are looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one.

Most facilities I have been to have had some really odd smells, but when you walk into the Landing of Stow, it is not like that at all. I had a family member who stayed at a nursing home in Stow a while back, and it just was not the best place at all. I wish I would have known about this place sooner! Amazing staff who truly cares about the residents and families!

I have heard nothing but positive things about this facility! When you walk in, the place is very warm, cozy, and like a hotel feel! Not only is it nice on the inside, but the curb appeal is out of this world! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking!

This facility is a minute away from my sister, so we moved my mother from Buffalo to Ohio. They have been wonderful to her. The place is always clean and you can tell they care about their patients. I would definitely recommend it.
