This is the best place to work. Everyone is so kind and caring. They were so helpful and understanding when my mom was dying. Fun place to work too. The only place I worked where it’s actually fun to go to monthly meetings. I look forward to them. Great view on resident care. Great family and employee treatment by Brookdale. Great benefits. Brookdale values it’s residents. Brookdale makes me feel valued.

I feel very safe having my mom live at Brookdale Buck Creek. When I contact the staff they are quick to respond. Mom feels at home here after just a couple of months. All my interactions with the staff have been above and beyond positive. I love the small and homey feel of the place. My mom loves the bus rides to just get outside. She enjoys the seasonal decorations. The place always looks (and smells) great. I can't say enough about the great staff. They are positive and respectful toward the residents. I highly recommend Brookdale Buck Creek.

Brookdale Buck Creek is a wonderful assisted living community! The staff is AMAZING! From the administration to the nurses to the CNAs to housekeeping, and everyone in between. They truly treat my dad as if he is part of their family and they strive to accommodate every request. My dad is happy and safe. Im so thankful we found Springfields best kept secret!

We didn't need to tour this community due to we had a family member that resided here so we were quite familiar as to how the community was run. The staff always seemed to be friendly and nice when I would go visit. I never found the community to be other than very clean and well kept. My loved one never seemed to complain about anything in regards to that and she seemed to be comfortable living here.

This community seems to have a higher ratio of residents to caregivers. The community seems clean. The staff I met were friendly. This community does charge separately for additional services such as laundry. This community is larger than what we were looking for.

This facility went over and above to help us relocate our aunt from Florence, Oregon to Springfield, Ohio. They were so helpful and did everything they could to get this accomplished in a very timely manner. I would recommend this facility for an awesome senior living facility. Their staff is exceptional.

Dad and his entire family love Sterling House. The staff and care givers are3 like family. Dad recently had to spend time in the hospital and when he arrived back at Sterling House he was greeted by care givers, many of whom had tears in their eyes. Dad's room could be cleaned more often but it is not bad. The cost of care has increased considerably since dad arrived at Sterling House but most of the increase is justifiable because of dad's deteriorating condition. I have recommended Sterling House to many of my friends.
