We are just starting the process of transitioning my dad from Rehab to The Landings..... it's hard, and they are doing a wonderful job, of helping us not only with facilitating everything, but with the emotional end of it as well.

Staff at the Landings is incredible. We moved our mother there after having a quite negative experience at Campbell Place in Bellefontaine. The facility is lovely and the Staff in memory care is top notch. While our mother languished in her room at Campbell Place, Staff at The Landings had her up, out, and involved!!! I highly recommend The Landings if you are looking for senior care. I regret not moving our loved one there sooner.

Cannot say enough good about the staff in the memory care unit. They took such good care of my mother. Never was she left in her room to stay in bed (even when she didn't want to get up) the staff got her up dressed and took her to the commons area (special thank you for that). They were always kind and gentle with her (which I'm sure was not always easy). They treated my mother with dignity and respect. I remember an aide (I wish I could remember her name) who came in to tell Mom goodnight and gave her a kiss." Another aide (again wish I could remember her name) I commented to about not getting paid enough for what all she did and she came back with "I love what I do." Again thank you for making my Mom's last days as pleasant as they could be.

My father-in-law has been living at the Landings for a year. I am so impressed that they treat their residents with dignity and respect and really get to know them. The nurses are always there to answer our questions and to check on Dad for us. During Covid they have gone above and beyond to protect all the residents. We are so glad Dad is somewhere safe and that is he is getting three good meals a day, his laundry taken care of, his meds and health monitored and all the personal care help he needs.

Let me share my experience here it was great. Mom was here for over 2 years and me 3 years so I got to experience it both ways. Mom always felt like this was home and now I know why. Everyone that works here is so great. Moms last day was at the hospital and she kept saying she wanted to go home so we brought her here, She said her good-byes and thank -you and passed away 7 hours later. Enough about her now my experience here. Its been great I know now why Mom liked it so much. Like my son said ( its not the address the makes it home its the person) and they do make you feel that way everyone that works here makes you feel like family. Its so nice here I cant say in words how wonderful this place is Im so lucky to be here. My children feel the same way. Everyone here goes out of there way to make everyone welcome.

Wonderful facility. The staff is very nice and cares so much for the residents. My mom had been a resident for about 1 1-2 years and is very happy with her new home! They are very accommodating to both the residents and their families and constantly have activities for the residents to keep them active and engaged. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and the staff at the Landings has worked hard to ensure the safety of the residents and find creative ways to have activities. Keep up the Great work!

I have nothing but love and respect for this community, from a professional and personal standpoint. Professionally, I hold my healthcare partners to the highest of standards, as I represent a company that strives to provide the highest quality in care and customer service in a patient focused environment. Personally, I only support healthcare professionals who exceed expectations for their residents, that I would have, of them, if it were my loved one, being cared for, by them. On both accounts, the Landings of Sidney is a community I recommend on a regular basis. Its a community I would entrust with my loved ones. The reasons are simple. The staff at the Landings of Sidney treat each of their residents and families with exceptional love and care. They provide a feeling of home, and of family. One where everyone is welcomed, respected, safe, and treated with kindness. Above all else, they not only provide amazing medical care for those in need, but do so with constant fun, family-oriented activities, provide delicious chef-prepared meals, and outstanding cleanliness. This is definitely a 5-star community, because of the 5-star staff.

I would love a few more salads on the menu, and home made dishes and fruits of the season. The activity lady is great. She does everything and keeps us from being bored and helping us to know on another better. New plans for each day. Maybe someone can help her, she does so much, services always can improve. It's clean and bright with decorations here. Nurses [are] friendly
