Its a great location. Theres a Heinens and Walgreens not too far. Everything that my Dad needed was in a walking distance. He was a very happy resident in his last few years. Thats all I could ask for. Good memories.

They have some nice rooms at affordable prices. The staff is trustworthy and friendly. I recommend my family and friends in the area, if youre looking for Assisted Living, this place is the place. No more searching.

On their website it stated they have both Assisted Living and Memory Care. What a great transition! Thats one of the reasons why I chose this place. Too much change isnt good. It was important for my Dad to have a constant in his life whether he will eventually forget or not.

My tour of The Woodlands was very short because we went at a time when there was no sales people or tour guides, so the staff did what they could. They seemed very nice but they did not follow up. Also, we had already really liked another community.

The Woodlands of Shaker Heights is nice community with friendly staff. The place is nice and seems to be kept up very well. The place just did not have the level of care my husband needed, they went straight from assisted living into the memory care unit. Is a great community, just not what we needed at the moment.

Both of my God parents spent 14 months at The Woodlands after he was released from rehab. He was his wifes sole care giver. They were pleased with the care and their individual attention. The staff was professional and patient. The stay was costly to say the least, but worth it for them to be together. They were able to return to their home after their stay at the Woodlands.
