My mother has been here for over two years now and we have had a wonderful experience. The care is exceptional and they have significantly improved her quality of life. This facility has something very different here than any other I have experienced. Every staff member from every department is exceptional! They have really helped my mom feel at home.

I just love all the nurses and all the employees. They are always nice and always a smile on their face to me and my daughter when we walk in the door. They take great care of my mom! I can always know leaving there that my mom is being cared for and loved! I would recommend them for sure! Love you all!

The Waterford at Richmond Heights is very nice and the employees are accommodating to each individuals needs. I constantly see residents engaged in activities are down for their meal. They offer both Independent apartments and Assisted Living in the event you need more help. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the grounds are clean and lovely. . .Plus the location is convenient, with a hospital just around the corner. I highly recommend coming and seeing this for yourself by scheduling a tour.

Over six years ago, we chose The Waterford at Richmond Heights for our Mom. We truly feel we could not have made a better choice. Mom received excellent care and everyone treated her well. Mom was truly happy throughout her years in this community. She enjoyed countless activities, parties, music events, holiday events… and she loved the food. Thank you for the consistently great work you do for the residents of this wonderful facility.

Our brother David told his family of his delight with his accommodations, facilities and services at The Waterford during his two months stay before he passed. He told us he particularly appreciated the kind attentions given him by Director of Assisted Living Carolyn Beigie and by nurse Jo Jo. My family member lives at The Waterford and is happy with the care she receives. There has been a change in the director of nursing recently and she takes the time to communicate with her and with the family and she is making a lot of good changes. The care givers are very good with what they do for the people that live there and they really care and go above and beyond during this time when we cant visit. I recommend The Waterford.

Ive worked with this facility over the past few years and the new DON is truly wonderful. The staff works beautifully with our staff to make the best experience for the residents. The DON makes sure every resident is taken care of as if they were family. I personally had an experience w the DON and my father and there was the best care for him. it allowed me to be the daughter and not worry about his care. I love the staff here and we personally took care of their family. That says a lot about who you want your family members to be care for. From Jenny to to Carolyn to Jojo you cannot go wrong in the care and great food and gatherings at The Waterford of Richmond heights. thank you

I have been a resident here for many years. I have lived both in Assisted Living and Independent Living at the facility. I have made many friends at the Waterford and enjoy the many social events they offer. The food is both nutritious and taste good. They offer a variety of entrees, salads, soups and desserts all prepared by a chef. My apartment is spacious and it is equipped with a complete kitchen, washer and dryer. Some apartments even have balconies. I am also able to keep my car here which many other facilitates do not allow. For people like me, religious faith is important and they offer various services for different faiths during the week like the rosary, bible study and church services. Along with the many social activities the Waterford offers everything from entertainment, full length movies, games, bingo, wii bowling and golf, daily exercise, art projects, jigsaw puzzles, special events, I could say more. The Waterfords location is excellent, being close to many doctor offices and a hospital. It meets all of my needs and is staffed with caring people.

My father spent the last two years of his life here and was in a caring and nurturing environment. As his health declined, the attention and care he received increased proportionally. When the end came, amid the pandemic-related isolation of quarantine, the staff and caregivers became his family. We are forever grateful to the nurses, aides and administrators who took such great care of my dad.

I am very impressed with the superb quality of the services. This includes the excellent food, the nursing, the activities, the transportation, the spiritual, the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. I base my rating and evaluation on care for a deceased family member who lived at Waterford until his death and also on the four plus years that a male family member has lived there and is presently appreciative of living there. The overall management and supervision is excellent.

Very impressed, so very clean on every floor, no smells The rooms we went into very clean and ready to move in. My Aunt loved the independent living apartment, she loved it so much that before we left she wanted to visit it again. I think this will be the place.

This is a great community for my father. I like that the staff who are caring and attentive to his needs. The menu seems to be good and alot of variety to choose from. they have activies that are offered to the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the good care and value for others.
