This place is spectacular. Tami and the staff goes above and beyond to treat everyone they encounter like family. They have compassion and love for those they provide housing for and their visitors. Their customer service is superb.

My parents have been here almost a year; the staff is friendly and maintenance does a good job with repairs and concerns.

Its has been almost a year since I moved my mother in law in hilltop and it has been great until the last 3 months in which some of my expectation of my mother in law needs has dropped! I understand the pandemic is playing a part in the quality of service so am having to do more to make sure her need a are met! Hopefully the quality of service will soon improve

Although I personally dont have any family members as the residents at Hilltop Village, Ive had a pleasure visiting the facility several times. I was struck by the warmth of the place, just a welcoming homey and dynamic environment. Staff seems caring and accommodating. Some of the residents who were in the lobby were smiling and joking around. Others, in the dining room, were keeping busy, playing cards and bingo. One big family. This seems to be the place one would trust to help care for the loved one.

I was looking for a place for my grandfather and Sarah called me back immediately and was able time fit us in her scheduled the same day and I apprecite it very much. I just want to say thank you for having someone who cares

I moved my Grandmother to Hill Top. I wish we could have kept her there, but she needed to be in a nursing home full time. The premises are always clean, inside and out. Everything is on one floor and accessible to the residents and guest. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The best part were the outings and activities. I was nice to know that even if it were just a movie or bingo, my grandmother wasnt left alone in her apartment and there were people around to keep her company.

The apartments are the perfect size, very well kept, and they all are on one level. There is also attic storage in the apartment and a screened in patio. Everyone I have met there has been very helpful. Moving is never an easy process and they made the transition very smooth.
