Me and my husband lived at Millstream village apartments more than 3 years. I have lived here almost 2 years and it's a very safe (gated community), quiet and kid friendly environment. The best part though is their Maintenance manager- MAURICE!! He was very professional, skilled and fast. And when I tell you fast I mean the same day I put out a work order, he was at my front door to fix my problems with my toilet and ceiling within hours. You will never find that kind of maintenance manager in any other community. I appreciate everything he did for me!

Sandy was both welcoming and kind. Gave clear understanding that a ground floor apartment is necessary to meet my brothers move in needs. Our tour at Millstream Village was relaxed and was the top pick of all of the other properties we visited.

Best gated community on the east side of Columbus. Grounds are immaculate and regularly maintained by Eric. Incredibly and friendly staff, especially Maurice. Love it here

I recently moved into Millstream Village and have had a great experience so far. Property Manager McKenzie has been professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the move-in process. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and courteously. I also want to give special recognition to Maurice, the Maintenance Supervisor. After completing my move-in inspection checklist, Maurice personally made sure every item was taken care of. His attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in his work really stood out. He took the time to explain repairs, followed through on everything that was needed, and made sure the work was completed properly. The community itself is well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. The flowers, greenery, and overall appearance of the property create a welcoming atmosphere and show that the staff takes pride in the community. Thank you to McKenzie, Maurice, and the entire Millstream Village team for making my move-in experience a positive one. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and dedication to residents.

I moved in a little over a month ago. Sandy has always been pleasant to work with from the time I toured the model, to the time I moved in. Admittedly, I was very disappointed in the condition of the apartment upon move-in, but I don’t feel it’s necessary to detail that in this review. Sandy had a different cleaning company out within hours to deep clean the unit again and had the maintenance crew out to fix many of the issues the same day as well which was greatly appreciated. I do feel some units are dated in comparison to the model which was a little upsetting, but hopefully in the near future they’ll update the rest of these units, including mine. I’m hoping they’ll redo the floors that squeak or the bathroom showers/tubs that squeak so that we don’t hear our neighbors etc. Other than these minor things the community seems to be very quiet and dog owners seem to clean up after their dogs which is a plus. Sandy, I truly hope you’re recognized for your honesty, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that issues are addressed in a timely manner. Thank you for everything!

We have loved living here. We are always impressed with how prompt the maintenance team is. Today we got 4 inches of snow & we woke up to our sidewalks and walkways up to our front door shoveled, which was really nice.

Recently visited the community for a tour and was running a little late for my appointment, but Sandy the leasing manager was graceful in still showing me the unit. I was greeted with a warm smile from Sandy and the maintenance man in the front office. I never felt pressured or rushed as she answered every question and even posed new questions I had not thought of to ask other potential rentals. The community is extremely well maintained from the parking lot, surrounding landscaping, to the residences themselves. The 2 bedrooms are affordable and spacious. This feels like a community rather than a short term rental. Really hope my application gets approved, but if not the 5 stars remain. First impressions are important and Millstream nailed it.

It was so hard moving from a place were you have peace !! I lived here for 4 years and never had any issues. Was a quiet neighborhood, at least on the side that I lived on. Maintenance requests were always completed or checked out within a business day. Never had any bugs other than an occasional spider. My problem was with tenants speeding through the complex while my kids and others were walking to and from the bus stop which was just outside the complex on Taylor. I would most likely still be living here had I not decided to move out of state. I moved in on a special and felt like I paid a nice price for what I got.

I’ve gotta admit, I’m surprised they pulled off the new gate operation successfully. With as much as Marge clutches her pearls and melts down over minor maintenance issues I didn’t think this would go as well as it has. I’ll say I’m impressed with the staff’s handling of affairs around here and it’s starting to look like a good complex to live in again. Well done team!

Moving in to MillStream was a great experience! Natalie in the office is ON IT and attentive, responsive and caring. The community is gorgeous, the front office prepares papers to help your move in and set up go smoothly even including how to set up the portal appropriately. They even give a welcome basket with things you might not have for the first day or two like toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs and toilet cleaner, etc. I’ve lived a lot of places but Millstream is definitely one of the best thus far!

I had a wonderfully pleasant experience with the property manager and her team! They are very nice and helpful and down to earth. They also have a great maintenance guy that goes out of his way to take care of and issues to ensure the happiness and well-being of the tenants. Pet friendly community and have a park for the fur babies!! Come see it all for yourself!!

Tyler the maintenance tech is always very professional and is competent. He always wears shoe protectors so he doesnt dirty up our floors and he always fixes the issues we have and explains what was wrong. He is the best maintenance tech Millstream Villiage has had.

I have been a resident here for just about one year, and I am totally impressed with the professionalism and the great care that they give this Millstream Village property! They are ALWAYS doing something to improve the property and the landscaping is so beautiful and very well thought out. It is a very quiet community and in a very good location. Jasmine, the property manager is awesome, very helpful, and always on top of things. The maintenance crew is very professional, always very respectful and accommodating. My mother lives there and the management keeps the grounds up very nice. But watch the pool..they try to keep outsiders away..but it looks like they still get in the pool because the key to get in is always broken

Millstream Village has been a wonderful place to live for me for two different time periods! I lived here a few years ago and had no complaints. Quiet and place care in the upkeep of the community. The management and maintenance were, and are, incredibly responsive to anything and everything. With any issues, they were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. All the same goes for this second time around when I needed an apartment, plus ten times over. I’m glad I came back and would suggest this community to anyone!
