White soor.m door not allowed. That is white..and match the exterior. would rather have cheep UGLEY magnetic sceens that are black. ?

The property is not being taken care as it has been in the past. There has been a pothole that has been there for months, and it is getting bigger and bigger. Everyone has a dog out here4 and they are not clean up after themselves, there is an apartment where the resident has a kid's toy table that is been there upside down. Plus, the screen on the door is open and it looks bad.

We love living here. It is a quiet place. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Need a new washer...been dealing with same problem since we moved in...the washer will not "wring" out clothes completely without running it several times to get rid of "excess" water, which is "costing" me money on my Buckeye Utilities. This is starting to get real old. (8284 Kathleen Circle residents). I believe Tom does a great responding to resident's calls but this require an appliance guru...or a new washer!!! But it is getting real "old"!!!

The complex is great - love the all one floor, nice and quiet, neighbors are great - two things that aren't great are - the landscapers are lousy, we have more bare spots and weeds then grass - another is since we pay for water why can't we wash our cars
