Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Ottawa staff members. The employees here are 100% committed to the care and well-being of our residents. Putnam Heritage meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

*Medicaid Waiver Accepted*** Very nice building with spacious apartments available. Clean and organized. Comfortable Leather Living Room Furniture and a beautiful Dolphin Fountain ALL staff are friendly, work as a team and SMILE. A big thumbs up to the kitchen staff; meals are filling. Best assisted living building I have visited in Northwest, Ohio

Absolutely amazing! As a travel nurse the pleasure of working here is truly a blessing. I met the most wonderful and NEW Wellness Director. Her attitude and grace was refreshing. Wonderful and kind, thoughtful caretakers. Such a friendly environment. I also had the greatest pleasure of all in meeting Dr. Charles David!!!! I was mind blown by him. 11 years in nursing that's alot of doctors to know..... and yet this one will FOREVER REMAIN UNFORGETTABLE! God wanted to reassure my faith on Easter Day and that was the purpose of my shift here.

This place is wonderful. My sister moved in December and she is blind. From day 1, she was treated as family and it has changed her life. She is eating better , looking great and I dont worry about her care because I KNOW she is in great hands. Its like a big family and she has made many new friends. The nurses, staff, and everyone thank you so much.

My mom has been at the Heritage for almost 2 Years. The employees have become part of her extended family. I couldnt have asked for a better transition to Assisted Living!!

It is never easy making the decision to move mom from her home into an assisted living facility. The Putnam Heritage has made the transition for my mom very smoothe. They have so many wonderful activities for mom to do. The staff at Putnam Heritage truly care for the residents. They have become part of the family. I would, and have, recommended Putnam Heritage to anyone looking for a new home for their parents.
