I'm not sure how all the other reviews are all 5-stars. It is an affordable care facility, and my mother gets very good care from the aids in her villa. However, the communication from administration is very poor. If you want to keep track of what is going on with the resident, you have to talk with the aids in the villa. It seems the aids are there to help, and the administration is there to make money.

A few times a year I come in to visit a friend who lives at Heritage and I have had nothing but positive experiences. All staff have been accommodating and friendly and always make me feel welcome. Visit in the spring to see how beautiful the Villas are, especially the garden sitting area. They also offer activities daily and have two nurses who are very knowledgeable and caring and treat the residents like family. All of the caregivers are helpful and kind as well. I really enjoy the smaller family like atmosphere and how the staff interact with the residents. Great place to live and visit!

Heritage Villas is an excellent and affordable option that individualizes the care plan by resident. My Uncle has been there for 2 years and they have worked with me to adjust his care and living arrangements as his needs have changed. They have been great to work with. Their transportation service to medical appointments is extremely helpful as well.

Heritage Villas is a fantastic example of thinking outside of the box with the aging continuum. Home like and comfortable, its like an extended family supporting the aging community. Newly renovated with some continued changes happening, its an affordable and friendly place. Active and happy people were everywhere on the campus although they care for all (including some of the grumpy and shy)who they work with gently. If Assisted Living or Supportive Independent Living is in your mind, check them out.

We were extremely fortunate to find an assisted living facility like Heritage Villas three years ago for my father. He always tells us how much he likes it here. He did not like any of the other facilities we looked at in the area, they reminded him too much of a nursing home which he wasn't ready for. Great people here and easy to work with.

Heritage Villa is a hidden gem in stark county! Extremely affordable and excellent staff and care. As a geriatric care manager, I recommend patients here all the time. It is especially nice for Veterans also. If you like more of a home atmosphere, you should check out Heritage Villa.

I would recommend Heritage Villas for anyone who likes a pleasant family environment. My husband has never asked to go back home and the first time I drove him down by the villas he wanted to stay there. The fact that it is not a huge building and each person has their own room makes it feel more homelike. There are a wide variety of people there and one can always find someone to talk to you or something to do.

I was a former police chief who completed hundreds of investigations but no investigation as important as where I was going to spend my retirement years. I chose Heritage Villas because after interviewing numerous residents - I found out how satisfied they were with the care they receive not only from the executive director and director of care services but the entire staff. I have lived at Heritage Villas for about five years now. Id sum it up by saying - I love it here! I could not ask for a better place to live and enjoy this time in my life. The activities and outings and the friends Ive made make it the perfect neighborhood to live in.

From a residents perspective...Living here is like living at home surrounded by family. There is always someone to talk to, staff included. All my needs are met and I feel looked after. The services they provide take the focus off the mundane, repetitive, and at times overwhelming. I am thankful for Heritage Villas.

I couldnt be more impressed and thankful to have my grandmother at the Villas. The amount of caring that the employees have for my grandmother is amazing. I never thought I would be able to keep her so close to home and I am so grateful to them. The aides in her house are amazing and I couldnt ask for better ones! Definitely consider this place for your loved on. Management is always willing to work with you and hear your concern too.
