I worked there a few years back and loved it and the residents, I am going to be working there again soon and am looking forward to being a part of Capital Senior Living family again.Thus facility was remodeled and it is beautiful there, and the nurses working there are amazing and take very good care if the residents, and so do the aides. Amazing staff ❤

This property is wonderful. I have had friends in the facility and have seen the work the aids and management team puts in to the resident's overall experience/care. The smiles on resident faces (or friends as the team there calls them) is amazingly reassuring!! You find stale facilities and home-style. I chose home-style and will continue to hands down! If you have needs - reach out and talk with them. I don't think you will be disappointed.

My mom is at Woodlands of Middletown. I am so happy we made this decision. She has so many friends and enjoys the activities. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate her. Food is good and she likes almost everything served to her, she has even put on a bit of weight since she has been there.

My parents have been in The Woodlands of Middletown for six weeks. Its newly renovated. It is very quiet and very professional. Its very private, but at the same time, there are a lot of activities that people can get involved in if they choose to. Theyre very friendly; they know my parents by name. From their point of view, this place is a little more secure, and people are more aware of their comings and goings. They have devotions. They have reminiscing time and game show time where they play games. They have arts and crafts activities. They watch movies. Theyve gone on an outing to Walmart or Kroger. They have had people come in and sing and share. My parents are in their early 70s, and its food that they have grown up on. They have a set menu, but they can also ask for hamburgers, grilled cheese, or salad. They could ask for something separate or different than whats on the menu if they choose not to like it. They also encourage the residents to eat in the dining room, but if for some reason, somebody doesnt want to eat there, they will take a tray to their room.

The Woodlands was good, clean, and had friendly staff. The grounds were well maintained. The food looked fine.

Daughter of resident I am giving woodlands one STAR, My mother says the food is bad and she has been yelled at to hurry up in the mornings.She has been there 9 months. The billing is wrong again,but I have always paid early,and they add a late charge no matter what! We do have other issues.
