My mom is at the Western Reserve Masonic Community and she loves it there. They have so many activities and it doesn't matter if it is in the assisted living area or independent living, they are all connected. The food is fantastic and they have a beauty salon there, three restaurant style options for food, weekly activities and more. The staff is fantastic. We are really REALLY impressed. It isn't just a place to live, it is truly a community.

Can't say enough about this facility! My grandmother spent 4 weeks in skilled nursing after a major stroke. The facility looked like a hotel! Nice furnishings and decor. Kaylee and Beverly answered all of our questions and spent time with us to make the transitions and stay, seamless. The therapy team was amazing and so patient and kind with my grandmother. (Big shout out to Holly and Ben! You were her favorites!) Lastly the nursing, wound care and aides... too many to name, but we thank you for always keeping her safe, clean and treated her with the upmost kindness and dignity. She has been to a skilled nursing facility twice before and what a world of difference Western Reserve was. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one and if need be, we will choose Western Reserve again without hesitation.

They built a brand new independent living building, but did not bother to put in basics like grab bars by the toilet and just outside the shower. The two bedroom units even have regular bathtubs in one of the bathrooms. What old person can safely step into and out of a regular bathtub!?

My mother spent 20 days there in rehab. The facility is wonderful! It's new and clean and top of the line equipment. All of the employees were great from management, nursing, therapy and aids . I highly recommend this facility

Absolutely love the support that Western Reserve Masonic Community provides not only their residents- but the seniors in the community as well! The many things they do to show community support speaks volumes! Ultimately, while there are many important things for businesses to do particularly in healthcare, giving back to the local community is one that is often overlooked.

We moved my mother in to critical care from the hospital and then into independent care post rehab last week. Every single employee we interacted with was professional and warm. The residents were welcoming to my mother and had nothing but positive things to say about their life there. We are so grateful !

The staff and residents of the WRMC make my mom feel incredibly welcome. Nurses, therapists and aides in the rehab area helped Mom to gain the strength and confidence she needed to move from rehab to her bright and beautiful independent living apartment. Our family credits Sales Manager, Melissa Todd, for ensuring Mom's transition was smooth from an administrative standpoint. Member Experience Director, Michelle Whittaker, met personally with Mom to share all that is available to enhance her personal and social wellbeing. Companionship and delicious food in the dining room are a highlight of each evening. Cheerful and bright residents reach out constantly to Mom, making her feel a part of the community. Mom's five children are grateful to the staff and residents of the WRMC for their genuine compassion and care.

Wonderful Campus and Excellent Staff. They have all the different levels of care from Independent Living to Short-term Rehabilitation and Long-term Care. A true one-stop shop in the center of Medina if you are looking for your loved one.

My mom and dad moved in several years ago and i continue to be impressed with the beautiful grounds and the professionals who are providing the services at WRMC. My parents lived together in independent living until my mom passed away. They were active participants in daily events and planned outings to the store, restaurants and even theatre shows in Cleveland. My father found years of joy through participation in the Reader's theatre. He wrote skits and enjoyed the fun of being in numerous performances there. Recently i attended a Christmas Open House for the residents and their families. The array of appetizers, food stations and the dessert room was phenomenal. Never would i have expected fresh shrimp cocktail and assorted wines, beer and eggnog at a Senior living Christmas party! The meals in the dining room are consistently good. Each night residents order from selections on a menu and are served as if they are eating at a restaurant. Apartments are updated and the apartment kitchen has every modern convenience and beautiful cabinetry. I am grateful for the continuity of care from independent living to assisted living, memory care and skilled care offered in this facility. We are grateful that my father has such a lovely place to live. Jean Hamed

I am currently a nurse at this facility. We are deficiency free from our state survey, and CMS rated 5 stars. New staff getting trained and hired everyday, and the company just keeps evolving.
