Story Point has a team that cares about the quality of life of their residents. They are willing to investigate and utilize various outside resources that are beneficial to older adults, while many other senior communities in this area are closed off and refuse to invite helpful organizations into their buildings. Story Point treats their residents with respect and works hard to make each person feel welcome. This is a senior community that I would recommend to any older adult who is looking for a caring and compassionate place to call home!

Great place for independent senior citizens to live their best life. They have an entire daily, weekly, and monthly calendar full of fun-filled activities, events, outings, and great opportunities for the elderly of the community to thrive. The food is a five star chef inspired and spectacular experience. Very caring community throughout: from the leadership team, the support staff, the wellness providers, caregivers, the culinary staff, and also the other fellow residents. One great supportive and caring family.

The staff was very nice when I was there and provided a bunch of different fun stuff for the Super Bowl Party. Different foods, prizes and a great set up for the community to enjoy. Everyone seemed to have fun.

We absolutely made the best decision when choosing Storypoint for my parents. If I could move in, I would! The staff was been supportive, kind, and accommodating following my father's illness and recent passing. We are glad my mother will be well taken care of and has found good friends to lean on. The activities for the residents are fun and abundant! The facilities are clean and well decorated. The meals are excellent. It's our new family home!

They have been welcomed in like family; loved on by all the staff as if they were their own parents or grandparents. Storypoint has been a blessing for my parents. My fathers health was deteriorating and my mother was unable to care for him at home. They moved into Storypoint Medina in December of 2020...and the staff has been wonderful. They care so much and have patience with my parents. And the daily food is amazing.

As you get older you need to have a purpose-Story Point has done that for my mom. Staff is compassionate. Good food, clean and a caring environment. Her room looks like her own home . The administrative staff has been so accommodating to my “other life” (non-work) scheduling needs and it is clear they really care about their employees as much as they care about their residents.
