While it is never easy to transition one's parent(s) from their private home to a senior living facility, knowing my mom is well cared for at Anthology has made this process seamless and very manageable. Anthology is a beautiful, well-maintained facility with very caring staff and administration. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and spacious. There are many great amenities, including daily activities, nice dining room with many choices, hair salon, exercise pool, nurse practitioner, transportation, beautiful courtyard, private family rooms and meeting spaces, exercise opportunities along with other wonderful optional activities such as social hour, concerts, crafts, movies, and Bible studies. I appreciate the safety/security via the check-in/check-out process for both residents and their guests. Knowing my mom is well cared for in a safe and inviting facility has truly been a blessing. I highly recommend Anthology.

I am a vendor in home medical equipment and came by for a tour and found the community to be beautfuil and unique to the Cleveland area. It was clean, bright, and very attractive. The residents seemed very busy and after reviewing the many activites - they must be! From outdoor pickleball, the indoor pool, and the golf simultator - it is truly amazing! I met some of the residence and were all really kind and seemed like they were having lots of fun. The management knew the residents well and engaged with them, which was really awesome to see. If I were to take mom and dad somewhere - that would be this place! Thank you very much for the tour!

Anthology is a beautiful, clean facility with many amenities and luxuries. Residents are well cared for with various levels of onsite nursing care and therapies, while the providers maintain excellent communication with family members. A healthy selection of daily activities is offered, encouraging socialization, as well as pool/exercise classes, holiday celebrations, and transportation. There are several options on the menu at each served meal. Anthology is well kept, inside and out. Staffed with caring and patient individuals, it is comforting to know our loved one is safe and comfortable here.

My parents love Anthology! They have been there since the beginning and have seen many improvements. Their programs have greatly improved since the new director took over, as well as the quality of his new hires. The facility is beautifully maintained and well appointed. The staff are caring and attentive. I have recommended them whenever I get the chance. We are very pleased with Anthology!

While it has taken them a while to get their act together after the pandemic it has really made a turn around since Bruce, the Executive Director, joined the team. He has been steadily working to improve all the facets of life for the residents. My mom is very happy here.

I have recently toured this place several times and also have several friends of the family who has lived here for a little over a year (one living in Independent and one in Assisted Living. They tell me in the last year that the place cares more and more about their happiness and that the administration listens to them and responds. Hearing their satisfaction is important because they are the ones here now. I will soon place my mom at Anthology. I have researched this place, gotten real feedback from families and actual residents who live here. I did tour other places but didn't find the warmth of Anthology anywhere else. The friends I have known there are treated like family. No place is perfect but I believe this place actually cares. I would highly recommend Anthology.

When the time came for my mother to leave her home, we wanted a facility that would allow her to age in place in that it had the capacity to accommodate all her needs from independent living, to assisted living, to memory care, so she would only need to move once. Anthology offers this in a resort caliber setting! Allowing independent living and assisted living to interact is a huge benefit because when mom moved to AL, she really wanted to dine and stay connected with her friends in independent living! Every staff member has been kind and caring, even during difficult situations. Couldn't ask for a better situation! It's not easy growing old, but the folks at Anthology have really been a blessing!

My husband and I have been here at Anthology for 3 years and we are so happy that we have found this place. We love our "new family" here and are especially appreciative of the efforts of our Executive Director, Bruce McNabb! Bruce and his staff work continually to satisfy all of the resident's needs. They listen to us and respect us! Growing older may not be easy, but our experiences here at Anthology make each day more enjoyable. They also have a wealth of activities to do that we enjoy to keep us active. Maintenance is always punctual and addresses any needs that we have quickly. We can say, easily---life is good. In addition, we have recommended coming to live at Anthology to our friends and to our delight, some are now residents.

Our mother moved into a Anthology a year ago, and it has totally changed her life... She was living alone in her home before, and was very lonely... Now she has a great group of friends, loves her apartment, and really enjoys the ease of living: not having to cook, drive, clean..... She says the food is really tasty, there are tons of social activities (including daily happy hour!), and the property is beautiful, with many outdoor areas and a fabulous big salt water pool. We love the whole feel of the place... which makes it extra nice to visit. Staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very Zen — with great facilities, very tall ceilings everywhere. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been here at Anthology of Mayfield Heigths for two years and we are so happy, especially since the new Executive Director has paid attention to all of us and attended to our needs. and as a result our experiences this summer have been more than we ever expected. The care of the landscaping has produced beautiful flowering trees and bushes, grassy areas have been maintained with care and it is a pleasure to walk around the grounds! Our activity schedule, with the leadership of the Activities Director has taken on "new life", as: in addition to yoga, stretching and cardio exercises, we now have meditation and water aerobics, and in addition to BooK Study we now can avail ourselves with TWO Bible Studies. Having to sell our home and having to move into a senior facility was not easy for my husband and me. However, by finding a place at Anthology of Mayfield Heights has be a great decision! We love the location (near shops, restaurants, etc.) and the accommodations and amenities of our cottage, and most of we appreciate all that is offered here. My mom has a 1-bedroom apartment at Anthology. It has a beautiful kitchen with lots of cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, stove top, oven, and dishwasher. The ceilings are soaring and large windows in the living room flood the space with light. There is a bar space in the kitchen to sit at and eat or can be used as a writing desk. There is a stackable washer and dryer for laundry and a coat and storage closet. The bedroom is large and also has large windows and soaring ceilings. The bathroom is large with a step-in shower and large shelves for storing towels and toiletries. Everything is modern and bright. The hallways and shared spaces are bright and inviting with high ceilings. There is a pool, golf simulator, theater and lots of other shared spaces. Near the main entrance there is a large bar/cafe where you can get complementary snacks and beverages most any time and nearly every day there is a happy hour before dinner to sit and socialize with friends and visitors. She gets two meals a day of her choice (breakfast, lunch or dinner). There is a menu to choose from either the main course of the day or there are daily alternatives to choose from. She gets physical therapy most every day. All the other residents have been kind, warm and friendly as have the staff and administrators of the community. Housekeeping cleans her apartment every 2 weeks. Any issues that arose when she first arrived were quickly resolved. She has her car with her and parks right by her apartment so doesn't have far to walk. She has a key fob that allows her in and out of her apartment and other areas in the building and if there is any kind of emergency, she can call for help. The area around the building is quiet with minimal traffic and lots of woods and green space. All around the building is beautifully landscaped and a pleasant place to walk and visit. There have been some issues with staffing, like in the kitchen and housekeeping, but they actively work hard to resolve these problems when they come up. The executive director meets with the residents regularly to listen to any concerns they have and works to correct them. I highly recommend considering Anthology if you are looking for a senior community to call home.

I have been working at Anthology of Mayfield now for over 6 months and I will say I enjoy my work experience there .The location is very modern and clean.The management is communicative and are available 24:7 if any issues arise . The care given to the residents is superb.Everyone from staff to management really care for the residents as if they were a family member. Any issues that may come up is handled prompt and effectively. The work assignments are not excessive where u as a worker feel overwhelmed . This location has everything u need do do your work thorough and effectively , and if need be management there are all hands on deck to assist if needed. Definitely a nice place to work at . Also your able to actually be a nurse and not feel like pill pusher.your able to have conversations with the residents and get to know them.This definitely is a huge plus . gorgeous facility and the staff really care. my mom moved up from florida and loves everything about it. she's already making new friends and hanging out over long dinners and drinks at the happy hour bar. beautiful quiet setting on landerhaven with trees and nice landscaping. she's looking forward to trying out the heated saltwater pool. our main contact at anthology, tiffany f, is fantastic. i highly recommend anthology!

My in-laws have been in the Assisted Living of Anthology of Mayfield Heights since mid April. I have been impressed by all of the folks here. Our first meeting with management was impressive. We had a lot of questions due to mum n dads needs. They listened to all our concerns and didn't soft soap any of their answers. They we clear on what they could do and what they couldn't. We were well aware of the expansiveness of care they could offer and where the line was drawn with what they could not do. No hidden agendas to simply get us in the door. The receptionists are always pleasant and extremely helpful no matter what I have asked. They move from behind the desk to help any of the residents move about with wheels chairs/walkers. The dining staff are so kind and they truly understand, with compassion, when dad gets a bit confused with his meal order. It is obvious they aren't just doing a job they are working with the heart. The aids who assist with their dressing and showers are talkative with mum n dad and engage them in conversation. Dad can get quite testy and they are so polite and good at getting him back to the positive side of life. I really enjoy watching them interact with him like he was their own parent And the nursing staff....Wow! They are great. We started with mum taking care of meds for them both but now have switched to the nurse dispensing all meds. It is so much better. No longer have to worry about them getting their meds on time. My wife and I are so pleased with Anthology. I guess that's obvious by this review... bottom line.... we're impressed.

It's an absolutely stunning facility with top notch features. My parents really enjoy the interaction both with residents and the staff. They enjoy the group outings and daily entertainment. Everyone on the Anthology staff has gone above & beyond to assist my parents. The PT Dept was instrumental in getting my mother an electric scooter and my father a walker and trained them on how to properly use them. The nursing staff has been extremely helpful by giving us weekly updates on my parents health and well being. I regularly receive updates and feedback from the staff-sometimes without even asking. We did a lot of research of other assisted living facilities and my family feels that placing my parents in the care of Anthology was the best value and decision.

The physical facility is nice but the administration is soulless. Don't be sold on promises that are empty. Thankfully we were able to move our loved ones out. I wish I could say something nice but this was a hellish experience. Don't make the same mistake we made and get sold on what turned into a disaster for our family.

When Dad (95) said he was ready to be closer to family, my daughter and I looked at a number of Independent Living facilities in the area. It was clear that Anthology was the best choice and we were correct. Moving from Boston, Dad arrived in November and he has been very happy. The Executive Director, Kim, and the entire staff have been there for us every step of the way. They helped us with the move, finding healthcare, setting up the apartment and have even helped dad trouble shoot computer issues (he can now connect with family on zoom calls!) Most importantly, Dad is happy, loves the food, staff, activities and has made many friends. Being a new facility there have been a few kinks to work out and the staff has gone above and beyond to make this happenI give Anthology a 5 Star rating!
