Would not recommend this facility, the Memory Care unit always short of staff, the Activity Coordinator was doing personal care.Charged $1000.00 just to move my Father from one bedroom to another, which didn't happen because of his illness. The sunroom roof had been leaking and had a musty smell which wouldn't be healthy. The carpet had to have mold underneath it. When my Dad passed on July 6th of this year they kept over $5000.00 of his July payment, it was a 2 week move out notice, really the man passed away. They are making money off our Seniors that worked for everything they had. The staff in the memory care unit were great, but so short staffed, I can o my imagine how little their hourly wage is. Would not leave my dog there.

My Grandfather joined this community on hospice care. He was made to feel welcome immediately and has been treated with the utmost respect. He really enjoys the activities in the community and seems to have perked up from the social atmosphere. The resident assistants have been patient with him and us, and made sure to work on any concern we’ve had. I’m thankful for the quality of life they’re providing him.

As a current employee, I am very honored to work at Elmcroft in Marietta. Since day one I have been shown just how important the residents are. It is one of the cleanest facilities I have every worked at and everyone always has a smile on their face. I highly recommend Elmcroft above any other facility in the area. If time comes that my loved ones need more assistance, I will definitely choose Elmcroft!

Amazing staff provides great care for our beloved Mom. She is happy, busy and content. They have a great understanding of her condition and give her the love and attention she needs. What a blessing Elmcroft has been during this season of Moms life.

Their memory care unit is awesome. People are treated with dignity and respect at a very difficult time in their life and their loved ones. The employees are happy to be doing what they do. It starts with the director of the whole facility and goes down to the Clare Bridge director and the entire staff.

This was a good community. The staff were helpful and caring. The menu was really good and he did like the variety. He was happy that the staff was always attentive always made him comfortable. The community is clean and we would recommend the care from this community to other families.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my father and I have no complaints of how things had went for him. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I was impressed with how clean the property was and thought they had a lot of great amenities for the residents. It was just not the right budget for us in the end decision but we had a pleasant experience.

This is an outstanding community, and everything is working out very well since my mothers move to this community. I know is she is receiving great care. The staff is wonderful, they really go out their way to make sure she is comfortable. It is a pleasant environment. They provide a clean, healthy atmosphere for their residents. The location is convenient for our families to travel. They have provided me a peace of mind knowing she is safe, and in good hands. I would highly recommend this community, it is a fabulous place.
