I tried posting on the Traditions of West Chester but it took me here. I love the facility and it has been great for my MIL. Tammy the activities director is amazing and we love the care she puts into the activities. But I have noticed that the other activities coordinator - Val, has left my MIL to just sit and not do anything. My MIL said this isn't the first time Val has let her down. Before Val started working there I had no problems but now I have to deal with my MIL not getting to her activities. Why is she still there?

We moved my Dad to the Memory Care Unit a few months ago. The staff has done a fabulous job helping all of us navigate this challenging transition.

My parents moved in over 6mos ago and things are going great! My father had a stroke and my mom was unable to care for him due to her own health issues. I was able to move them in to be together again and they are really enjoying the community, friends and getting the help they need. The community has made a huge difference in their daily lives. When on their own, they were very isolated and cut-off from the outside world. Madeira is also such a nice walking community, even in their scooters, they can get out on nice days and enjoy the added bonuses of a small quaint town. I would suggest anybody looking for a loved one should tour with Traditions at Camargo to see what they have to offer!

My sister resided in assisted living at Traditions at Camargo for 1 1/2 years. We found it to be a very friendly and well maintained facility. The management staff was always available to discuss our needs or concerns. As her needs increased, the nursing staff worked with us ( family) to manage her care. There are several types of activities to participate in. It is up to each person to find their niche. My sister loved Bingo and found friends there along with companionship in the Dining Room for her meals. I highly recommend Traditions at Camargo. It was a comfort to our family to know that our sister was in a safe and caring facility.

Dad lived at Traditions Camargo for 1 1/2 years. His health declined during that time and the staff provided excellent care of him throughout. The nursing team communicated with his primary care doctor and was very attentive to the discharge notes following his hospital stays and helped me coordinate in-home rehab. There is lots of fellowship at the daily happy hours and many activities. He enjoyed his time, made friends and had fun. I can't recommend Traditions Camargo enough. They genuinely care.

My mother has resided at Traditions for a little over two years now. She began in the assisted living community and has since moved into memory care. She has spent about a year in each. I was very critical in the beginning, focusing on everything that I thought was not being done for her, or things that needed improvement. After many visits, I can now say that I have "walked a mile in the staff's shoes," and my judgements have changed drastically. You see, within any organization, there are limitations. Financial, physical, material, etc. I failed to realize this in the beginning and "missed the forest for the trees". It is my opinion that Traditions and its staff operate to the best of their ability with the resources that are available to them with one goal in mind. That goal is to take care of its residents in a compassionate and dignified manner. My mother has flourished in this environment and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to care for their loved ones. I know in my heart that as easy as it may be to point fingers and write bad reviews, that I could never provide the level of care that Traditions provides in my own home.

My husband and I moved here in late 2019. This is the right place for us. We are comfortable in our spacious Independent Living apartment, we have great neighbors, friendly personnel, Management listens, and the location could not be better. I gave it four stars because there's always room for improvement, although I realize that during and after Covid it has been very difficult to get enough help in the kitchen, dining room, and cleaning departments.

I really like Traditions as does my Mother, who I visit there. We have had some issues with her medications on 2 occasions. I recommend new patients use the pharmacy associated with Traditions as opposed to refilling yourself. Also, ALWAYS follow up on everything!!!

Traditions at Camargo is a beautiful Independent, Assisted living facility. The staff is friendly and care a great deal about their residents. The Executive Director is quick to respond and works with you to address any concerns you might have. It has been a pleasure working with the staff at Traditions at Camargo.

I cannot think of a more competent and calm moving coordinator than DJ! He made our out of state move so easy and seamless! Whenever I see him around the facility he is always smiling and calm! I look forward to seeing him!!!

I am a medical social worker that has been in the Healthcare industry in the Greater Cincinnati area for my entire professional career of 20 years. With that being said, I have a very high standard of care I except for all my clients. This is especially important when families are deciding what is the best fit and appropriate community their loved one.Traditions at Camargo has been a refreshing newer option in senior living with superior care, customer service, communication and follow up. I work primarily with Stephanie Stoll, the marketing director, who allows the clients I send her to instantly feel at ease. Just as I do everything I can to make families feel they are in the best hands, so does Mrs. Stoll. Particularly with such an uncertainty in our future and the challenges with 2020, Traditions at Camargo has found safe ways for clients to be less anxious about their moving experience.The community is not only beautiful and offers many amenities for seniors, but also accommodate clients who need little to no care as well as seniors who require more care both physically and cognitively. Cincinnati is very fortunate to have a senior community that craters to the ever changing needs of families, while providing a safe, satisfying quality of life for their loved ones

We have had an excellent experience at Traditions so far! My grandma moved in during the pandemic, and everyone has been so helpful, friendly and genuinely concerned about the health and wellbeing of not only the residents but also of each other. Maria at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly. And the staff that stops by the room while Im taking care of my grandma each know her name, smile, greet her directly and speak loud enough so she can hear them. And the place is new! It smells and looks like a brand-new hotel. The services and activities they offer seem abundant, although things have changed since were in this pandemic. Makes sense to me. Regardless, Leigh (the activity director) is always coming up with new ways to engage the residents and celebrate the residents and staff. She also knows everyone and the residents all seem to love her. Steph (the community relations director) was incredibly thorough and honest. The whole staff seems to be responsive and genuinely concerned about providing a great experience for the residents.

Im so glad our family chose Traditions of Camargo for my grandmother, its elegant but not stuffy (which is how other places in the area felt). When we first toured almost a year ago now(before Covid) we had the opportunity to talk to several managers. We asked every question possible and liked what we heard, although you never know how things will truly translate into real life. We have not been disappointed, this team does everything they can for my grandmother. She raves about the food every time we talk, and loves how the activities people come to check on her almost every day. The extra care and concern goes a long way when people cant see their families like they used to. Its a huge weight off my moms shoulders knowing that her mom is cared for. My grandmother has been there for several months now, and while there have been a few bumps (to be expected) we are pleased overall. We look forward to being able to spend more time with her in your fabulous bar area and outdoor spaces. Thank you for keeping her safe and happy!
