I visited this facility and was really impressed by the staff's care and dedication. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents. The facility is clean, welcoming, and certainly feels like home. The staff go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable and well cared for, as well as their guests. I'd highly recommend this nursing home for anyone seeking a caring environment for their loved ones.

Since I first arrived on July 8th I was nervous and not too sure about what I was going to encounter, but after my first day I felt very warm and excited about what was to happen in the future. Then as I met more people within the staff it got even better. I felt all warm and fuzzy. I was introduced to wound care nurse Kelly and the doctor and they addressed my concerns. I felt good about my first visit with them. As I got to physical therapy and the team there worked with me I kept getting able to regain my strength in my foot. This growth continued day after day. I gained more balance and coordination. With the wound care and physical therapy I was able to walk again. I haven't been able to do this for the last two years. I encountered an event here called Christmas in July. This event I saw all different types of folks with so many smiles on their faces. On a daily basis you were given a program called Daily Activities with different events you could participate in each day. I could go on and on but we are ready to end this story at this time. And as far as experiences it was one of the best encounters of my lifetime to this date. I personally recommend from my heart anyone looking to go into a nursing facility including rehabilitation center, it goes beyond five stars here. I will highly recommend Autumn Aegis to anyone and everyone I encounter.

Passing out Bookbags filled with supplies, Games, Toys Together with the residents Autumn aegis staff ..Grace, in admissions Department was Hands on very friendly along with the Rest of staff on Board.

My husband William Bill Leazier had a knee replacement. For rehab we chose Autumn Ages nursing facility,omg what a wonderful choice.We were treated with the utmost care. The nurses,stna's therapy department were all so caring and wonderful we gained new friends from the experience. Excited to go home but will miss everyone,it's bittersweet again so many wonderful people also the kitchen and housekeeping are included would recommend and if ever had to would definitely go back Thank you all so so much

The staff is so beyond nice! You can really see how much love and care they put into each resident. The building was also extremely clean! I'm very impressed and happy with the establishment.

I must say me, my son, and daughter in law, made a great choice when we came to Autumn Aegis/ Sprenger, When getting discharged from mercy health after a total knee replacement surgery. We had another place in mind, but looking further and around we came across the "Reviews " of Autumn Aegis and we said this is it. The fact that because of the way I was feeling (health wise) after this surgery my mind was set on; I'm not gonna make it! And here I am getting discharged home feeling like a new person. The Rehab/Physical therapy team are exactly that, a team dedicated to their profession and patients, with so much care and attention. I'm deeply grateful to you all. Blessings and keep up the great work and service! Two thumbs up from me!
