3/25/24 Chris from the maintenance staff at Lima Towers snaked my tub drain and not only got rid of the sewer water that had backed up into the tub, he cleaned it for me as well. I have come to expect nothing less from Ed, Roger, and Chris! Good job guys!!!

The maintenance crew is one of the best. They are very busy trying to make sure every tenant is taken care of in a timely manner. They do excellent work in fixing everything no matter how big or how small the job is. They are very friendly and caring and courteous. Great to have a team that goes above and beyond

I have a great experience here at Lima Towers. Staff is kind and very courtesy. They do everything to keep Lima Towers clean and running. I love it here and this is my home. Update; Everytime I come in they are always working, please tell them to go home sometimes. They are still at work, now. We enjoy seeing them but there is life outside of Lima Towers.

In my opinion the lima towers have been a great place for my mother to live. She is comfortable and hasn't really had any complaints about her living conditions or anything. Everytime she leaves her apartment she is greeted by someone very nicely and respectfully. The employees that work are always very nice. I love her living there.

I have lived here for about 7 years. The community was very welcoming when I first moved in and continue to very friendly. On Monday and Thursday we have a group of women that crochets, knits, needle point, etc. I've made many blankets and given them away. I enjoy this time together. Come join the fun.

I moved in to the Lima Towers a Rose Community Property since March 24, 2011. I have found it to be a nice place to live. Most of the tenits are very friendly and many of them are my friends. We have both community, and service coordinator, and management activities ( like bingo, birthday dinners, party's of different types, etc.). So I believe you may like living here. I'm a Delivery person for Mom's Meals. I want to compliment the staff from the main office here and maintenance staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance department works for hard to keep the facility clean. They do a fantastic job. Defiantly the cleanest facility I go into all day.
