My mother stayed here in a one bedroom apartment . She was able to bring items (furniture and more) from home to make it like a home. There was plenty of space and not at like a nursing home! She did require assistance, and we were very pleased with the help. I loved the smiles and how everyone was willing to guide us. Yes, there is adjustment from living alone in your own home of almost 70 years. My mom loved having meals cooked for her, and the rooms and clothing being cleaned. At 93 it had become more difficult to perform normal tasks, so this was the perfect answer!

Nice experience on our tour of the property with Katie, as she showed us the 3 different resident types. Very clean property, and the residents seemed to be happy. Several residents were playing bingo when we got there, and as we were leaving, there was a worship service in progress. It feels like a safe, well-kept property with a nice, caring staff. Only gave it 4 stars because I don't know what would constitute giving 5 yet. 4 is based on cleanliness and orderliness of the property and the apartments we saw, friendly staff, and seeing the residents engaging in the activities.

Every time I walk into Bell Gardens it has such a relaxed and cozy feel to it. The team always seems to be putting on something fun for the residents to do. They added a small aquarium to the lobby

This is a wonderful facility for your loved one. The building is updated, clean and safe. Scott did a great job at the renovations! He is always willing to pitch in when needed and does a great job at keeping th building safe for residents! You might even catch him eating lunch with them! Highly recommend!

I was a resident of trustwell and they have serious short comings. A lack of respect, I needed on many occasions to talk with a staff member, I would stand in line patiently waiting to speak(my mom taught me not to be rude) to staff only to have all the staff leave when they were done interacting with each other and no one inquired of me. There were three meals and every one was 10 to 30 minutes late. Staff would use their master key to come into apartment and warn of a meal time coming (good thing). But not lock the door after the resident locked it to begin with. Staff would not respond on a consident level to alarms set off asking for help. On one occasion they never showed up. Staff were slurly to me like I was bothering them to ask for a snack of an evening or like they were buying snacks for residents and I was bothering them in asking.

We heard so many wonderful things about Bell Gardens when we were looking for a place for my MIL. We met with Katy and from the first visit we were so impressed. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. The residents appear cheerful and well taken care of. We have had nothing but excellent service from every staff member. Thank you!

Bell Gardens is by far the nicest facility in Highland County, and surrounding. As a medical professional myself, I am in all of the hospitals and facilities frequently, and I can say this is top notch. My grandfather was not just assisted living, he was full care. The staff went above and beyond their job duties to treat him like family. A thankless task that we will never forget, and a true gift from God, we will be forever grateful to them.

Sydney runs a great team at this facility! I've worked with them closely the last few months and it was immediately apparent the staff care deeply about their residents and their well being. I cannot say enough about the hospitality from Russ as well as the overall "feel" of the loving culture. I can see why it stays occupied. If you're looking for a place to call home or you're looking to help a loved one find the next step, this community is a MUST TOUR. While we didn't end up moving my grandmother here, (her decision was based on location, and BGP was a bit too far from what was familiar to her) the staff and tour experience was absolutely wonderful. They are in this biz for the right reasons, and unfortunately, that is hard to find it today's eldercare industry.
