My father has resided there for a short time, but the place was EXTREMELY CLEAN! The staff including the nurses were friendly and very attentive to my father's needs. The only reason we're moving him to another memory care home is because Gahanna is too far away from the rest of his family. Other than that, I highly recommend this place for your loved one that is in need of memory care. I give this Gahanna location 5 stars! - Ariel

My mother was taken great care of for three years...a perfect place for memory care residences. Staff was great... administration made it easy from my end... care staff was great with her. They can leave her alone if necessary, or engage with activities, events, and celebrations. She ate better then I do...the meals looked great. I would strongly suggest Sage Park for your loved ones!

My dad, Dave C, has been a resident for two and a half years. He has been so well cared for and loved. He is safe and remains happy and full of joy. The staff takes great care of the residents. The food is good, the care is top notch but the activities during the week set it apart. My dad gets to be in a men’s group, do chair exercises, sing alongs and so much more! Each holiday is celebrated and the residents get to enjoy life! I’m so grateful my dad is so well cared for while being safe.

Sage Park is a fun atmosphere, residents are loving and the staff are amazing. The Executive Director Tara is beyond exceptional. Kerah plans fun daily activities that the residents really enjoy. Watching them smile, laugh and interact with one another is greatest joy of my day.

My cousin and I researched the greater Columbus area for the best possible facility for my 97 year old aunt, his mother. After an exhaustive search we decided to tour Sage Park and we both walked away feeling confident in their services. The entire staff from the Director, Tara to the care professionals the compassion, care, and overall support for our loved one was very reassuring and the interaction between the staff and my cousin and I was equally reassuring.

What can I say. Choosing a care facility for you loved one is not a task my family took lightly. When you hit the wall like we did and finally say the words "we need help". Sage Park has been that answer. The staff is great but where they excel is on the floor. Office help to anyone working the floor . We have been at Sage Park now 2 months. With every family member that visits calling out how caring and supportive the staff is for our loved one and the entire community. You can not sugar coat what the residents are going thru ALZ is horrible to put it kindly. The staff at Sage Park deals with this horrible disease like Superman/Superwoman. They are true hero's.

Family members was not informed about change of ownership, they went up on the price without advance notice. Family members kept telling the workers our mother couldn't use the building tap water because of breakouts, since they didn't listen she broke out in rashes (there were specific directions given on how to bathe her and they failed to follow those procedures), and to add more shame this is a memory care facility! Why are you asking patients what do they need?! They CAN'T answer you (this tells me you are NOT looking at the chart of patients). They failed to catch the mother when she fell (mind you she cannot move on her own she has dementia) because of the fall, she had to have surgery because her ankle broke. And last but NOT least (and the MOST shameful) until this day the head director has NOT reached out to apologize nor try to rectify the matter. This is very shameful and disgusting.

My dad spent the last month of his life at Sage Park. I really wish I could have had him there sooner. The attention and care he received from everyone was more than I could have asked for. The outpouring of love was so incredibly wonderful. I'm telling everyone if you have a family member that needs a facility, look no further. Thank you for loving my dad .

Feels like family in a beautiful home. The caregivers are very loving to residents and so glad I moved my loved one there. Lots of activities and crafts. They were always doing something.

You will not find a home for your loved that has a more caring and attentive staff. The facility is clean and very comforting, very homelike especially when compared to other facilities in the area. What really seems to set them apart though is the level of care, each resident is treated as family. Well done Sage Park!

Sage Park was an answer to our prayers as my family and I sought a place for my aunt in her journey. The staff could not have been more caring and loving to her. They have been so intentional to have activities for the residents that will keep them active and interacting with others. Her room was lovely and the overall facility is welcoming and filled with caring people. Thank you all for all you do for our loved ones each and every day!

The staff at Sage Park is top-notch. They cared for my mother for 18 months as if she was one of their own family. Wonderful atmosphere and kind staff. Beautiful rooms and lots of activities, no matter where the residents are in their journey. Can't say enough good things about them.

We turned to Sage Park after a bad experience in another nursing home. It was like night and day how they cared for my grandfather. I am so happy we made the move. We all knew he would not have wanted to live with the severe dementia that came on suddenly following an operation, however Sage Park gave him a place to live out his final days with as much quality of life as could be expected.
