As a small community, the residents there get great attention and care. My parents both live there together and recently celebrated their 71st wedding anniversary. Taylor Place made it a special celebration with a nice party with cake and ice cream. They had a great time. Mom cannot get outside to water her hanging baskets, so the activities director makes sure they are watered and looking great. Mom is thrilled to see them from her window. I recommend Taylor Place as a great place to live.

Both my parents live at Taylor Place in Findlay. We have found that all the employees are fantastic and helpful. I have been able participate in the family events and they are well organized and lots of fun. We especially enjoyed the May Mother's Day event. The residents have a variety of activities that they can enjoy, and all the staff join in to make these extra special for them. We are happy with what Taylor Place has to offer my parents.

Our family has had a great experience at Taylor Place. My step-mom needed a warm, friendly place to continue her recovery. The staff have been great to work with and Jan really likes all care she has had since she came in approximately 6 weeks ago. The room we were able to pick from was perfect!

My parents were just diagnosed with covid. They didn't contact the doctor. Someone had it before them because staff was wearing masks. After 2020, I'm sure there is protocols in place. No one was notified and they were slow to get them the help they needed. I want to move them out. Nothing is what it seemed.

Great facility. Not a big complex, which creates a comfortable environment. Very clean and a great staff for care and activities. Our mother was able to settle in well and feel comfortable and the administrative staff is wonderful for keeping us informed and answering any and all questions we may have.

Both of my Grandparents had lived at the Taylor place for years. They had nothing but wonderful experiences over the years there. This is a great retirement home. The staff have all been wonderful and attentive, from the nurses to the aides to the director of the facility. The facility is very up-to-date and clean and they have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in, including seasonal celebrations.

I was really worried that mom would hate being there and would constantly complain, but it's quite the opposite, after a few weeks there and meeting people and bonding, and getting involved with so many activities, It's hard to get her to want to leave and spend time with family outside of Taylor Place. It's truely sad for us kids to see Mom wanting to rush back to there instead of visting at our homes. But it's easier this way than to have her hate every minute of being there, after all, this is for mom's safety and good. It's been great for her! She constantly says nice things about the other tennats and all the staff! So glad that she's happy, that's all we really want for her and Taylor Place has delivered. Thank you to all of the staff.
