My sister and I visited 7 different assisted living/memory care facilities for my brother-in-law who has Alzheimers. As soon as we walked in, we appreciated the homey feel of the living room right off from the front door, just like you were walking into a home. The staff made my BIL feel at home right away, and despite a few escape attempts at first, he has found a caring environment and knows this is his home. I appreciate the family entertainment nights held each month with a musician. All family is invited and appetizers and drinks are served. Very nice and the residents enjoy the music. My sister has also appreciated the Activities Director who has activities scheduled both morning and afternoon. While not everything is perfect (whose house or facility is?), my BIL is well taken care of and respected. That's what we all want.

Fairfield Place is warm, cozy and has all the caring staff in one place. Staff is helpful, responds quickly and is kind and loving towards residents and visitors! The community is also very clean and well kept. Beautiful place with top notch leadership team!

I'm interested in assisted living a clean nice one bedroom well my story is I'm at buckeye forest of Madeira my mom been a long time resident had friends good one best aid of 46 years and half of the staff I'm only daughter I always called my mom everyday on the phone to check on her before she got sick stop eating everything hospice step in keep in touch with me dad she not looking good my mom passed away September 4 24 I also had colonoscopy surgery on April 17 of2024. This nursing home I'm having is poor poor Lack of care ads not answering call lights the food is poor can't take a shower it's dirty not clean I'm on council on aging waiver program and Medicaid I m ready to leave now.

On my initial visit, I was pleasantly surprised at how Marcie Jensen and Brian Rosemonde made feel so much at ease. This is a very difficult decision to make, however they made it a comfortable one. The rest of the staff I've met have also been very kind, nice and helpful all the time. The nurses Steve and Mandy along with all the rest of the staff do a remarkable job at servicing and providing for our loved ones in this facility. I thank them all the time for their dedication and commitment for the whole staff!

I have been a caregiver for my 81 year old brother for 2 years. He has dementia. It became really hard for me to take care of him from home. I was referred to Trustwell Living. I met with Marci, The Community Relations Director. It was God that sent an Angel. Marci was so comforting, caring, supportive, understanding. She had me in tears. She knew exactly how I felt. I was at peace knowing that I found a great home for my brother. Trustwell Living staff is awesome. They take pride in what they do. Very loving and caring to the residence. A very clean place. I visited Trustwell Living last week to introduce my Mommy before officially moving in. We were greeted at the door upon signing in. The residents were in the living room area participating in a activity. This is great for my mother to see everyone involved. It’s important to us that she is not just in her room all day and has engagement. During our visit we also had a chance to meet Dr. Frazier and she helped answer questions and gave us more ease about moving our mother in. The nurse aids were friendly and welcomed me and engaged with my mother. My mother liked the how the one bedroom and felt like it was spacious but she did question the closet space. This is not an issue but thought it was funny how she was focused on fitting all her church hats in the closet. We enjoyed sitting in the sunroom and took a short stroll through the patio to see the garden. My mom commented on everything being clean, a big circle • and the people being friendly. We didn’t stay for lunch but I shared a menu with her for reference. She is a big foodie but also a diabetic. Overall I enjoyed my visit and feel like it’s a safe, engaging and diverse community which is what she needs and will keep my sisters and I at ease during her transition.

We were attracted to the apartment type rooms and home-like atmosphere. The staff genuinely cares (special mention to Pabi, Z & ChiChi) about each resident. Daily activities are varied and the once a month family nights with entertainment are always fun. I would recommend checking out Fairfield Place.

My name is Tonya, Client Care Coordinator for Comfort Keepers West Chester. I came to do an assessment on a resident and I must say this place is the best facility I have walked in. I was greeted by 3 staff members that was very kind and welcoming. Soon as you walk in you can feel the happy caring atmosphere. The Resident I spoke with was extremely happy with the care he is receiving. His exact words was " I feel blessed being placed in this facility". I would defiantly send a loved one to Fairfield place and will be giving referrals as I get them.

Huge shout out to Fairfield Place! My husband and I were looking for a place for my father and toured many facilities. When we came to Fairfield Place we knew it was dads new home. The staff and management I can always count on to take time to talk to me about dads week. They have truly become family.
