I’m a private transport emt, just recently brought a over 500 lb patient here and their staff on the first floor of skilled nursing and rehab were fantastic specifically a kind lady named kesha she was an aid for the nurse and went above and beyond. She absolutely deserves a raise for all the hard work she puts in for this facility. Very impressive employee.

I was at Buckeye Forrest Fairfield from mid April until the end of July for rehab. The care level of the nurses and aides was a comfort and a blessing. The staff has to cover a lot of needs and treatment schedules of a number of patients, each with his/her own special circumstances. Having a prolonged stay in TCU allowed me to get to know the staff, each of whom brought their unique style and gifts in support of my healing. When I arrived I was unable to sit up and could only roll in bed with assistance. When I left I was able to walk with my walker. The therapy team is supportive, encouraging, challenging, and caring. I arrived with 24/7 oxygen at 3 liters, and left without using oxygen due to the daily exercise of the therapy team. There are some culinary challenges such as one might expect in an institutional setting. I would recommend the dietary team leader visit patients at the outset of their stay, and possibly return to visit after 2 or 3 weeks for a followup. Social services, maintenance, housekeeping - each were attentive and supportive.

In the past 6 months, I've had a few issues with Buckeye Forest. Yolonda, Buckeye's Wellness Director, is helping me now, and all my concerns are being resolved. Thank you so much Yolonda for your help and caring about my brother's health and well being.

I am a resident at Buckeye AL I wanted to let everyone know how the DON yalanda is such a blessing, every time I have an issue and go to her she fix it, I was thinking about moving but I love her ta much and need her service

I thank my nurse the boss in buckeye yolanda cushbery i had trouble with my medicine for two years and she got the doctor erick to fix them, so can i say thank you to yolanda and doc erick for everything

My mother pressed her call button for her nurse aide to come and assist her and the nurse aide came to my mother's room and pulled the entire call light from the wall entirely. The nurse aide told her to stop bothering her because was entirely too busy to keep coming to her room. My mother has a pacemaker and needs her call light at all times as she legally should. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I have seen amazing improvements in this facility over the last year or so. Primarily, due to the assisted-living’s director of nursing leadership. The building has never looked cleaner and the residents all seemed very happy when I go in. . Yolanda Cushberry has been a great asset to the assisted living department as the most recent Director of Nursing!

I’ve been here about 7 months now and it has been a joy watching the residents make friends and build relationships with each other, a very friendly communist. Relationships are what makes a community. This feels like a real community here at Buckeye Fairfield. I love watching residents have so much fun at their gatherings. The activities department does a really great job of always having things for them to do, from bingo, Christmas parties or a Mother’s Day celebration. They have a ball!

I cannot say enough about the exceptional care provided at this nursing facility. The staff truly prioritizes the well-being and comfort of every resident. The nurses and caregivers are not only highly skilled, but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. They take the time to get to know each individual and tailor their care to meet specific needs. The level of professionalism and dedication is evident in everything they do”from medication management to daily assistance and emotional support. Family members are kept well-informed, and there's a strong sense of trust knowing our loved one is in such capable hands. This facility goes above and beyond in creating a warm, nurturing environment. It’s more than just a place for care”it feels like a second home. Highly recommend to anyone seeking top-quality nursing care for their loved one.

We transferred our family member to this community so they could be closer to us and their friends. It has been a couple of weeks, and the transition was far easier than expected. The clinical staff have communicated with us on changes, care plan etc. The other residents appear to be happy and lots of talking and visiting in the common area.

This facility has been through a lot of changes this summer. They have had to meet the challenges of loosing a majority of their staff. They have recently hired new staff and they are working hard alongside the rest of the team to assist the residents. Last week my love one had a serious need of medication and the Health and Wellness Services staff member, Yolonda went above and beyond to help him. She made sure he received his medicine and problem solved the issue at hand with the help of other faculty. I have high hopes today for my love ones future days!!!

The food and the care here is horrible now and gets worse every day. I would move my mother but I'm afaid the move would do more harm than good at her age. She is 90 now and very frail.

I have used this facility many times for respite care for my Mother and will continue to do so. The staff is wonderful and every room she has been in has been clean and everything worked. I had tried other facilities and the level of care at those facilities were not to the standard of Buckeyes. No matter what time of day we would visit our Mother, she was always clean and in good spirits.

The nursing staff is excellent and I have had no issues. The meals are good and portion sizes are more than enough. I would recommend this facility.

I love everybody here. The therapists, nurses, and caregivers go out of their way to assist everyone. The therapists have helped me with my balance and coordination including using the bike, balance exercises, and memory. They even helped me with getting a new walker. Kudos to Miss Lavell and Dr. Ruksenas also, for going out of their way to get me my therapy. The administration is very efficient and helpful too.

Our organization partnered with the facility to deliver much needed basic living products to the residents. We enjoyed working with the amazing staff. My step father is here. Unfortunately, it is the best he can do given his circumstances. He has been there almost 2 years and the in that time the place has changed ownership 3 times. He doesn't get the help he needs with a bath. They have two elevators and the one has been broke since he has been there. They aren't good communicators.
