I just cant say enough wonderful things about the community and staff. They go the extra mile, are always available to answer questions and greet with a smile. The residents are happy and always engaging with visitors, something always seems to be going on with activities. Clean and comfortable space with alot of amenities. I couldn't be more thankful for them. My uncle has a wonderful apartment and plenty of space to make his own. They are a blessing.

I was a resident of Kingsbury Place, and I really loved it. The staff and residents were extremely nice to me, and I got along with everyone. Incidentally, this review is not an AI-generated post. I lived in this building for over two years and felt very much at home. There are quite a few activities during the week. We also had an ice cream social on Saturday afternoons. The food is very good. There are cloth tablecloths and napkins, and water goblets on the tables nearly every day. If someone doesn't like what is placed in front of him, or her, The dining staff are more than happy to serve something else. The piano isn't in the best shape, but more or less, playable. Everyone does their very best to make a new resident feel at home.

I have been there visiting relatives and the staff is very caring and the environment is so welcoming. The staff provides numerous activities for the residents. They even go on different excursions and their food is wonderful! It is definitely a 5 star assisted living facility!

My father was at Kingsbury when Parkinson’s made it impossible to stay in his home.. it’s a hard decision tho make for everyone but the staff at Kingsbury were amazing and made the transition to facility living better than we could have expected.. from the cleaning staff, aides, nurses, and management everyone was so thoughtful and went out of there way to help anyway they could.. the chef at Kingsbury was just as good the food was wonderful we would eat with dad unannounced numerous times and there was always a great meal ready and waiting for us.. if you find yourself in that difficult situation where care is needed for a loved one check out Trustwell Living Center at Kingsbury I know you won’t be disappointed. This was not our first facility we were at but I’m grateful it was our last ™°

At the beginning of 2017, 20 month after moving into my home, my parents moved into Kingsbury place. My mom was beginning to struggle with dementia and my dad was a little concerned about what might happen if he passed away before my mom. The concern was that while he could stay home and take care of her, if he suddenly wasn't there, we would have to place her somewhere, making her feel "thrown out" of our home. So, reluctantly, they moved into Kingsbury. Dad didn't like it at first. But, after a couple of months, he felt different and Mom liked it right from the beginning. Soon it became home to both. Four years later, Dad suddenly passed. The staff there tried to call me but when I didn't answer immediately, one of them came to my house! They had grown to love my parents and just wanted me to know ASAP. It was early in the morning so I took my mom home that day and then as evening came, I asked her if she wanted to stay the night at my house. She said, "No, I just want to go HOME." Dad had been doing a lot of the extra care that Mom needed but the staff stepped right in and made adjustments in her care. She lived for 2 more years very happy to be at home at Kingsbury. Each of my parents passed at 89 years old. While Dad did complain about the food having "too much sugar" for Mom and her diabetes, it really was a special place for them. And while at the end, Mom couldn't remember anybody's name, she still felt like she was with people she knew so she never felt out of place. Overall, Kingsbury was a great place for my parents to live and for our family to visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this facility & their staff!!! Exceptional care resident centered activities! I have had the opportunity to work hand and hand with the Admissions Director Karen and she is such a great support for families! You get a happy feeling the minute you walk in. Nice open area with a fireplace and large screen TV with fun music of all kinds always playing (piano, country, top hits, etc). Always greeted by friendly staff. The staff are all very attentive and caring to guests as well as residents. The building is decorated by season, very clean, with a full activity calendar. Exercise center, puzzle room, gaming room are set up for all to use and socialize. Something for the residents and guests to do daily. Live entertainment brought in, bingo, dominos, card games, sing-a-longs, bible study, ice cream socials, monthly birthday cakes and more. Food is delicious with several menu options and will meet dietary restrictions. They will even serve meals in the rooms if the resident isn't feeling well. Each room is cleaned once a week and laundry is done individually. The services and conveniences are many! Nurse 24/7, aides to help with bathing/dressing etc., hair salon, nails, scheduled trips to local stores to shop, guests welcome to eat with the resident, private dining room available, private room for larger groups, two outdoor courtyards, great views......need I say more! I highly recommend Trustwell Living Kingsbury Place. I have nothing negative to say about this facility and highly recommend it to anyone!!

My mother is absolutely thriving at Kingsbury Place! Her memory didn't allow her to live alone any longer. They make sure she receives her medicine, and other than that, my mother is on her own schedule. Every staff member does a wonderful job! They have great activities for all the residents. My mother says the food is great. The floor plan circles back around, which is very helpful for her. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for assisted living for their loved one to visit Kingsbury for a guided tour with Karen.

My parents were admitted to Kingsbury Place less than a month ago. The staff is wonderful with them. As someone who does not live in the area, they have been very helpful getting them settled and keeping me apprised of any issues they may be having. Kingsbury Place is clean and nicely decorated as well.
