My family was told by a friend that they had a family member that had stayed at trinity of Beavercreek and how wonderful the trinity staff was. So when my mom who has dementia had a stroke and needed full-time care we instantly wanted to put her in Trinity while she was there we got to know the staff personally everyone there works extremely hard to help the families and the patients. Our mother has passed recently and our grandma fell ill at 95 the first place we thought of and the only place we really wanted her to go to West Trinity she is there now and they are taking extremely good care of her. If there was anything I could say about Trinity of Beavercreek it is that they truly care for the patients and the families and what they are going through.

I wish my mom could still live at home; I never wanted to move her into a nursing home. But she requires a lot of care due to her physical limitations and progressive dementia and I am beyond grateful for Memory Lane at Trinity Beavercreek for taking such good care of her. The nurses, aides and staff truly love the residents and give them individual attention based on their specific needs. They have created a warm and friendly environment for the residents and their families. They refer to everyone on the hall as their Trinity Family and I truly believe they feel that way. Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect. Sometimes I wish they had more staff on the floor and more activities for the residents. But what I see is that they do an incredible job with the resources they have available in a very challenging environment. My mom has been there for over a year and my stepdad was there for three years before that so I've seen it all. Memory Lane is a special place with highly experienced nurses and aides that provide a loving care for the residents. I'm grateful we found this place and feel lucky to be a member of the Trinity Family.

My mother has been in Lexi Lane, the memory care long-term care unit at Trinity Community at Beavercreek, for over 6 months. Mom can no longer speak for herself, but the staff deeply understands how she DOES communicate and cares enough to make her happy. It truly is a community in Lexi Lane. Nursing, assistance staff, spiritual support, facilities, social support, activities, and nutrition personnel all take the time to get to know Mom and give her what she needs whether that's the right medicine, prayer time, or simply one-on-one attention. We are grateful every day for the care Mom gets at Trinity Community at Beavercreek in Lexi Lane. Mom is in the best place she can possibly be.

My grandmother moved into Trinity and lived in Assisted living where she recieved excellent and attentive care. She enjoyed visiting the dining room and socializing during the multiple activities available to residents. She recently required a move to Lexi Lane and the nurses on this unit truly treat their residents like family, with love and compassion. She recently had an illness and because of the nurses' quick actions, she recieved prompt medical care and is back to herself after just a couple of days. The staff and facilities are second to none, and I appreciate and trust in the care my grandmother recieves.

I went here for Summer Fest on 08/12/23, it was a nice facility. The residents looked happy and I can tell they were well cared for. I enjoyed making my sand art, the woman helping me at the sand table was very kind and helped me a great deal. I did not get her name but she had a tiger tattoo. I enjoyed healing my inner child through the activities. I loved looking at the various booths.

I went in to visit my grandmother, and there was nobody at the front desk, luckily, a dietary worker named Anna came to my rescue and showed me to her room and offered her help. I was extremely impressed that a dietary worker knew where my grandmothers room was and how kind and loving she was. I could tell she does her job well. This made me feel so secure my grandma was in good hands. It makes me happy knowing there are workers there that are happy to be there

My mom has been in the rehab wing and is receiving incredible care. The staff - across all teams - is friendly, action oriented and experts in their field. The vibe here is great too - it feels like a tight knit community and employee base. I just can’t say enough good things about Trinity. We feel like we landed in the best possible place - a true answer to our prayers as we want our mother to have good care. Special thank you to Erika for the warm welcome, Lois for all the supports and resources for us, Hailey for the exceptional nursing support and honestly all the nursing, rehab, medical, front desk and kitchen teams for all of your care, good food, support and laughs. And an extra thank you for the exceptional pet policy - incredible that we could bring my mom’s dogs to her room for visits and they were welcomed by the whole staff. The rehab room was also nicely furnished and comfortable for visitors. We brought in a few extra chairs and things from home to make it comfy.

Today, I went here for the first time and I can say that this one of the CLEANEST, nicest facilities I've ever stepped foot into. And the staff was excellent and kind. My mother has been in the Loftons special memory care unit since it opened 10+ years ago. In that time, Ive had only a handful of issues that have always been resolved to my satisfaction. The staff in the Loftons genuinely care about her. She recently had to stay in the Memory Lane unit due to a fall. I didnt think shed receive the same personal attention on that hall nor enjoy her stay as she does in the Loftons but boy was I wrong. Everyone in the unit made her feel welcomed and loved. And the girls from the other hall came over everyday on their breaks and told her how much they missed her and wanted her back. Thankfully she bounced back quickly and recently moved back to her room. A special thank you to her nurse Krysten and one of the aides Karissa for always going above and beyond. These ladies are angels on Earth and make Trinity a better place for all the residents.

I needed some rehab time after being in the hospital twice. The facility was clean, the room I was given freshly painted and cleaned. The employees just amazing. The nursing response time could be a little faster but I guess you will find that alot of places. The OT, PT and speech therapies were terrific. Some of the employees made me feel more at home than my family has. The doctor and nurse practitioner were 2 of the kindest most professional medical staff I have had the pleasure of caring for me. I just had another hospital stay and Im considering going back for another short stay if I feel I cant manage at home on my own. I HIGHLY recommend Trinity. Im not an extremely religious person but I did appreciate the young man from their chaplain services who listened to my problems and prayed for me and with me. And to the 2 angels (I wont mention any names) who I believe just about live there (even if one of you did threaten not to give me Cranberry juice because they were moving me down the hall wink) you made my stay so much better. I hope everyone elses stay was as comfortable and pleasurable as mine. Again I highly recommend Trinity.
