Our family is deeply indebted to the caregivers at Golden Heart Senior Home Care. When my mother's dementia and personal care needs became more than my dad could handle, we thought mom might have to go into a nursing facility. The Area Agency on Aging recommended we call Golden Heart. After meeting Jessica and discussing my parents' needs, we decided to give home care a try. My parents loved the caregivers, all of whom made their lives so much better. When my mom took a turn for the worse, Golden Heart assisted us in arranging in-home hospice care and supported both us and the hospice nurses in giving my mom the best possible end-of-life care at home. Now that mom is gone, we are enthusiastically continuing services for my dad to help with companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, assistance with appointments, and more.

When my mother had difficulty caring for herself at home, Golden Heart did an outstanding job with providing assistance to us. Their caregivers are kind, capable, and reliable, and the administrative team and other staff are also very helpful and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Golden Heart’s services again!

Golden Heart in Dayton does an outstanding job. Their leadership and caregivers work to figure out what a client-patient needs and then deliver care in a kind and courteous way. Its not easy trusting your loved one to another for their care, but Dayton has the experience and proven policies, procedures and technology in place to deliver the best care. Caregivers are experienced, fully vetted, trained and care about their clients. They build relationships with their clients where they are considered family. I highly recommend Golden Heart in Dayton!
