I have been an RN since 1983. I came to spend time with one of my most Dearest friends. From the moment I walked in I could hear joyful sounds from the large gathering area. The staff that I have interacted with are so very kind. If my mother was not in Florida living God Bless at almost 87 years young then I'd see if she liked it here. I'd rather her live with me but….she would refuse lol. Keep up the great work. The facility is beautiful.

Moving our mother from her home of 38 years was never going to be easy. At least that's what we thought before deciding on The Forum. From our first conversation we knew we were making the best decision possible. The staff, from Executive Director through housekeeping, have been more accommodating and supportive than we could have imagined. Our mother has her independence while maintaining access to all levels of care, should they be required. I cannot recommend The Forum more highly to anyone considering care for their loved ones.

We have had an excellent experience with the Forum. We had to put both our parents in different facilities at different times and both times, Leah, Ashley and Kim did whatever they could to help us find first respite care and then permanent housing for their different needs. It was a very emotional situation and they made it a smooth transaction for my siblings and I. All of the staff has been fantastic and everyone is very cheerful, friendly and professional. I feel a huge relief that my parents are in good hands, they are safe and their medical needs are being managed. I would highly recommend The Forum to anyone looking for temporary or permanent care for their family members.

My partner toured the facility earlier in the year and Staci and Leah were so kind. He does not currently need care, but seeing them involved in the Parkinson's community is a great reminder they will be there to help. I highly recommend you take a tour!

Unbelievable care and compassion at this senior living facility! My buddy that I worked with for years unexpectedly had some health issues that required his family to find an independent living place for him. I went to visit him for the first time a few months ago and just wow! He was so happy! And it was like he was back to his old self joking and laughing with me. He seemed comfortable around the other residents and everyone knew him. He talked very highly about how great the staff were and that is so hard to find in the world nowadays. I truly appreciate The Forum and highly recommend them if you are looking for these services for your family member!

We have a family atmosphere within our team members. During the last snow storm a dozen or more people stayed over to ensure our residents received the best care! Our team is willing to go that extra mile to be sure your loved one is happy. If I needed to have my parents live in a community, this would be it!

The Forum is like an upscale hotel. All my interactions with staff have been positive. Everyone has a great attitude and cares about their job. My family member who is a resident has had nothing but good things to say about this place. The Forum came recommended to me by several different friends and it has lived up to its reputation.

After moving my parents into the Independent Plus neighborhood, the need to make another move came quicker than I would have imaged. Within five months, it became necessary to transfer them into the Bridge to Rediscovery, The Forums memory unit. The staff at The Forum made this difficult, stressful transition very easy. From moving furniture to hanging pictures on the walls. Their new living space quickly became a home. Within minutes, the Activity Director had my Mom comfortable and feeling valued and needed once again in turn making my Dad happy. Theyre embracing the next chapter of their life and I am truly grateful to The Forum... their excellent staff and exceptional management team! I have peace of mind knowing that my parents have the best!

My Mother was at The Forum for 7 1, 2 years, and was first in independent living, then 2+ months in Healthcare, to assisted living, and then to Healthcare for the end. I was always pleased with the care Mom received! Everyone was loving, kind, and caring. They were always genuinely interested in Mom and in me. Many of Moms caregivers hugged her when they saw her. They kept me totally up dated on everything at the end, calling me several times a day, and responding in short order to any messages I left. The nurse who was with her the day before she died held the nurses personal phone for a zoom call with part of the family while also holding the beside phone to Moms ear so Mom could hear me. This happened for 1 1, 2 hours in the morning, and the same again in the afternoon. I know Mom truly loved the people who cared for her, and always thanked them for helping her. I feel like I have lost part of my family (from the Forum) now that Mom is gone. I cannot say enough good about everyone who cared for Mom, and would gladly recommend the Forum to anyone!

The Health Care Center at The Forum is truly exceptional. Physical and occupational therapy services are outstanding. The customer service provided by the staff on all levels cannot be improved upon. My experience as a rehab patient was ideal in every respect. The food, the service, and staff friendliness were everything you could ask for. I have recommended The Health Care center to family and friends without reservation.

I had a more than satisfactory experience at The Forum. The therapist were very competent and helped me improve. The staff were friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was positive and peaceful. The food was well prepared and I had a good variety of choices. It always tasted home made. The administrative staff were attentive and wanted to help in anyway they could. I would recommend The Forum to anyone who is needing rehabilitation.

This past winter, my 91 year old mother became terminally ill and could no longer care for my 94 year old father in their home. Moving them together into assisted living at the Forum was the best decision we could have ever made. Sherry, the sales counselor, helped us with a quick transition to the Forum. I still see her often when I visit my dad and she, like so many of the employees, is a warm, caring and upbeat force in my dads new world. Sue, the Director, was by our side during the quick decline of my mothers health. She helped make sure all my parents needs were met. Her kindness, and wonderful leadership is invaluable. Amanda, as well as all the nurses at the Forum, was a godsend. The dining room staff, the aids, housekeeping all reached out to my parents with love and kindness making the transition easier. Today, my dad is surrounded by the loving and caring staff at the Forum. He often stops to introduce me to one of his friends. Gary, the activities director, has gone out of his way to help meet my dads social needs. I am blessed that my father is surrounded by life, and support, so that when I visit we can enjoy our time together rather than worrying about medical and housekeeping needs. Thank you, to all who have touched our lives during this transition. Mary Jo Kiourtsis

The Forum at Knightsbridge is unsurpassed. We have had several clients rehabilitate at their health center with great success. The people who work directly with patients are fantastic, the therapy is superb. We have had clients move there from other facilities and accelerate their healing process at the Forum. The administrators and social service providers are in a word, wonderful. We at SYNERGY HomeCare highly recommend The Forum.

My mother rehabbed in the healthcare center after breaking her pelvis. The staff is so friendly and caring. I came to The Forum after huge back surgery to correct my scoliosis. This place is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, physical setting and the food. The aides are just wonderful and thorough in the care they give and always sweet and cheerful. After having very negative experiences with my father in nursing facilities, I was very afraid to go to one myself. The Forum was such a welcome relief. I cant recommend it highly enough. Whenever I got down about my condition no matter what the staffs role was in the healthcare center, they always take the time to listen and show me that they care. They motivated me to get out of bed everyday and get stronger, physically and mentally. The therapy department helped progress me toward my physical goals. They listened to my goals and helped me achieve them. The food I have received at The Forum has been excellent (better than some restaurants). The group setting activities help me feel like I belong. The activities were made so everyone can participate no matter your physical ability. The activities stimulated me socially. I would highly recommended The Forum Health Care.

He was in the hospital for two weeks and had to go to a rehab to home before he was able to go back to florida. My post surgical needs are what landed me there and because of them I was able to achieve a rapid recovery. My wife was there last year and she experience the same outcome. Both her and I agree the staff there truly care about the people they serve. Because of being well taken care of, loved and received the daily therapy I have recovered beyond what I expected. My range of motion Is way above what It should be. The staff there are professional, courteous and very efficient. The amount of care that is given there is the reason for the great outcomes people experience after a major surgery or event.

My mother and I each have Independent Living apartments at The Forum and I am convinced there is no better senior living facility in Ohio. The wonderful staff works hard to care for every resident and does an excellent job of fostering friendships between them, especially new residents. No one should ever feel lonely here! The food is always good and very often excellent. The place is well-cared for and attractive. I have absolutely nothing negative to report.

Its been over a year since we moved my Dad into the Independent Living building and my Mom into their Ambassador Suites, Assisted Living building at The Forum. After living in another independent, assisted living facility we chose the Forum as it allows for all levels of care. We never thought Mom & Dad would need live in two different facilities but Moms dementia and physical limitations were just too much for Dad, who has a heart condition. The reasons that were important in choosing The Forum hold true today: ability for Dad to walk inside the building to visit Mom several times a day; that the facility be pet-friendly; and that the location be within a short distance to stores, bank as he still drives. We visited a dozen facilities. The Forum is very hard to beat for the following: Three real meals a day, large apartments updated to include granite & stainless appliances, excellent housekeeping services - the interior of the facility is meticulously clean. On the occasions we have needed maintenance they respond almost immediately - even on the weekends. From the administrative staff, to the nurses, the personal care aides, maintenance and servers - it feels as if they all genuinely want to be there and love their Senior residents. And I cant say enough about the Activities Directors. I never realized how important they are to a facility until Moms dementia advanced. Prior to living in Ambassador Suites, my Mom would just sit alone in her room. At The Forum, Rochelle sees to it that Mom is part of activities - she paints my Moms nails, has her baking cookies and plays her favorite music - I know it helps to pass the time for Mom.During this Covid-19 time, the expectations put on senior living facilities is massive. They are observing all critical guidelines to protect their residents to the best of their ability - while also finding creative ways to keep them from feeling isolated. Tirzah in Independent Living even dresses up and goes to each residents room and plans video calls with families. Though we can not physically touch or hug Mom, and she is now non verbal - I trust that the staff is caring for her as if she were one of their own family and Mom is always clean, well-fed and appears bright when we visit her through the window. Any time I have had a question about my Moms care, I have found Vernonica - the Director of Nursing and Rebecca, the Executive Director, to be easily-reached, responsive and attentive to my concerns.Choosing a facility requires a leap of faith - you have to trust that they will do what they promise upon taking those initial tours. That is why I detailed our experience and hope it helps others in making that critical decision. I would not hesitate to encourage you to visit The Forum.

My children tell me not to think that I am at a country club resort, but thats how I feel when I stay ]at The Forum. I have had great physical therapist. They make you work really hard but do it with a smile and kind hearts. I have came to The Forum two different times, both for knee replacements. My first stay at The Forum I was terrified of going up and down the steps. The therapist worked with me and helped conquer my fear of using the stairs because we knew I had to do it to return home. This stay (after my second knee replacement) there was no fear because I knew they would help me through it again like they did last time. I have overcome my fears thanks to The Forum. This is the best kept secret among the health care facilities. The activities gal Connie does it all, from doing physical chair exercises in our spare time to baking goods, making arts and crafts, and keeping us busy. She even treated me to an avocado & chocolate facial and manicure upon arriving to The Forum on my first day. All staff put in the extra effort to make you feel welcome. I have recommended The Forum Health Care facility to many people and will continue doing so.

I was able to tour The Forum as a resource for myself as a Realtor and was so impressed by what I was able to see. The apartments are clean and offer a good amount of light, the grounds are beautiful, and everyone I met was very kind. Some apartments are undergoing renovations at this time and I find that it creates a pleasant environment. My husbands grandfather has dementia and when touring, I was able to see some residents who are further in their stages of dementia and Alzheimers engaged in activities outside of their rooms and was told that they prefer to keep residents out and active, which gave me an extra vote of confidence. I would also say that you shouldnt take my word for it; if youre curious at all, I would highly recommend you take a tour and see for yourself.

Our Mother has been a resident at the Forum since February 2017 in Independent, Assisted, Rehab and now the Health Care Center. Simply put, the staff is exemplary in their care and commitment to the residents and their families. This extends to all areas of the facility: activity director; administration; dining services; housekeeping; nursing; nursing aides; reception; security and therapy. We know our Mothers needs are being met and she is happy. The staff, other residents and their families in the Health Care Center have become an extension of our own family. Keep up the great work! You are appreciated for all that you do.
