Working with Emily and collaborating about our clients has been great. She is easy to communicate with and our families enjoy working with her.

My mother-in-law was moved from another facility in 2023 to The Bristol, within a few months there was a tremendous change over in management. Thank goodness that happened. The Team that is now in place has a warm laid back approach caring for the residents. The Director Ed was thoughtful and intentional on picking the right individuals to form the foundation to springboard the mission of this community. Extremely friendly, open and transparent is the care provided to the residents. The facility is clean and welcoming with a ton of wonderful activities to keep your loved one engaged. The dining has its challenges meeting the appetite of all the residents. There are hits and misses but that is to be expected in a cafeteria designed menu. I highly recommend a tour and meet and greet with Ed and his Team. You will be pleasantly surprised when comparing over other facilities. We are happy knowing our Mom is surrounded by Love and Respect.

I am so disappointed with the Bristol. We moved our mother in last Fall with many promises that the Bristol would care for our mother. Most of it is lies, they just want the money. They talk about aging in place, but the head of the nursing staff, Autumn, is so disengaged and unfriendly, we had to hire our own private nursing care to take care of our mother after she fell at the Bristol. My mother was so weak, she couldn't push the button for help, and she lied in a pool of her own blood for almost 6 hours before help arrived. We were told when we signed up for the Bristol, that their alarm systems would detect motion falls. This is a lie!! My mom was too weak to call, and just lied there. The Bristol was no assistance facilitating mom home from the hospital. Autumn was too busy. From the day my mom has moved into the Bristol, that nurse is worthless, nonengaging and disinterested in my mother. The nursing aides are very nice but overworked, and the cafe workers are very nice as well. Administration sucks, they are liars and I am so disappointed in them.

Have visited a dear friend here frequently.both in unit and in public areas. Facility very welcoming and always receptive to the needs of their residents . Have met with the Executive Director about a possible concern and have been impressed by the prompt response and proactive approach.

My father has been living at the Bristol for a few months now. He has become comfortable in his new home and is happy here. I feel the leadership team here has helped our journey be an easier one. It pleases me to see him more social, making friends, and smiling.

The Bristol is beautiful, clean, and bright. The staff at the Bristol have been very warm and caring toward my father, who needs assisted living. In a brand new facility, there are always few things that need to be tweaked, and the staff, especially Leslie and Bobby, have been sincere, open, and accommodating. Holly, the head chef, works hard to make sure my father receives vegetarian food options at every meal. My father told me the servers, the aides, and front desk people always have a kind word and a smile for him. He really enjoys the outings, exercise classes, special speakers, and playing bridge. I highly recommend touring the Bristol to see if it’s a good fit for your needs. We are very grateful for the care my father receives. We rest easy knowing he is safe and happy. Thank you, Bristol staff!

We moved to The Bristol for a lifestyle change and we wish that we would have done it sooner. We feel like we are living in a 5 star hotel. The staff and the residents have been terrific and treated us like family. We are looking forward to many happy years at The Bristol.
