I've lived at Madison grove for almost 3 years. The townhouses are a bit older, but for the space and the state of the economy, it works good for me. I have had a few issues, but maintenance has fixed them quick. Veronica, the property manager is easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. Yes, I've read the other reviews and haven't had the negative experiences that I saw. I guess it boils down to personal experiences and opinions.

Amazing place to live. I been here 3 years and I love it. The stuff is alway friendly and here to help. Very nice place clean . in the summer time the pool always clean ready to go. They take there time to make sure everything good . thanks for being a good place to live . and I feel safe walking around at night .

The units are a little small , it's impossible to get ahold of the office on the phone , but the property manager Alyson is super nice and maintenance guy Eric is pretty cool . Ronnie is cool too . Don't have issues with heat or AC not working and if there's a problem it gets fixed pretty quick . Edit to update: we just got an email today stating that in order to use the pool which took entirely too long to open this year , we have to pay $30 for a key fob to have access to the pool. These apartments are already $1000+ a month, and a fee to use an included amenity is now being applied ? That is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Looks like I won't be swimming this year because I'm not going to pay extra for an amenity that I should already be to utilize. Might I also mention that the parking situation in this neighborhood is garbage . Everyone has at least 2 vehicles and the property capitalizes off of it by renting reserved spaces. On another note , you either have to get a car cover or a car wash membership because the trees in the neighborhood are nasty and drip sap all over the cars all spring and summer. I'm embarrassed to drive my car if i don't wash it twice a week because it's so dirty and sticky.

Eric the Maintenance guy is the best. He is always polite and truthful. He does his best to get things fixed and taken care of. It's nice having a maintenance guy you can trust in your home when you're not home.

I've lived here 2 years now and when I first moved in I noticed there was potential for some upgrades. The cabinets are really old and need replaced .The fridge is needing replaced because it makes noises and I've complained but I get nowhere.The rent is getting pretty high for no type of upgrades or incentives ( that's trash they could at least give me new screens for my windows) HOWEVER, I feel really safe here. I've only seen the police over here once. I don't hear ghetto arguing outside or nothing which is great for my family. The reason I STAY is because of ERIC THE MAINTENANCE GUY! Eric is the most laid back, fastest, and efficient staff member here! He speaks when you see him and makes it easy to a request a work order because he's going to get the job done AND HE DOESN'T LIE WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING EXCUSES FOR WHY SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT, ERIC TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY AND THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

I gave 3 stars as the property team did correspondent well with me during my questions - about the Madison Grove Townhomes- very informative via email - however, what I didn't like was the fact you are not able to see any apartment unit in person - as they advise me there were none to show- I would be hesitant to move anywhere if I cannot at least see what the true place looked like. I know at times- with the models online- the place may end up looking nothing like that- so you could be possibly setting yourself up for failure- the main reviews I see on here are about outdated apartments- so that just proves me right(more than likely) however, based upon what I ''see'' online the apartments looks descent.

Hi, I've just got to say that the new management (Cara) is doing an amazing job. Heads and tails above previous management. Cara is very professional and always answers the phone (except for lunch hour). If you think that is no big deal, you could call previous management 3 or 4 times (voice mail) and then drive immediately over there to find her sitting at her desk. Cara is the total opposite. She is wonderful. I could go on , but short on time today. We've been residents for 3 years. I highly recommend

I have lived here for a year and a half. My first year was a two bedroom and I loved it! Tons of space for the price. When it came time to sign for another year I decided to move to a four bedroom to accommodate my growing family and they made the process so easy! I love my new apartment even more! Maintenance has always been very responsive, quick, and professional the few times I have needed them. The office lady's have also always been so nice and very helpful. I love my neighbors! I can't think of a bad thing about this place other than parking is hard to find. I would highly recommend.

As with every place it's got it's ups and downs, stink bugs are a down, but a trade off for living next to a wooded area(up), which is why there are stink bugs. maintenance does their best to keep things up and running, and Eric from maintenance is always around helping. For the space it's not a bad price(up), but some of the equipment like the furnaces and appliances feel slightly out of date. All and all it's not perfect, but for the price it's definitely worth it!

I love the townhome and the office staff and the maintenance was great at first but now they have new staff for maintenance and they are super rude and non helpful they are lazy and dont fix things the proper way I have had to put in multiple maintenance requests for the same things because they were not fixed correctly. But other than that I love it and it's not super loud and it's nice.

I love the environment and the beautiful back yard...my kids love and feel safe playing out back...the staff are very friendly and maintance is nice and prompt. I just moved here and it feels like home! Im glad i picked Madison grove...A good place to live!

Me and my children moved here on 9/17/2016 and I personally love it here. I've read past reviews and not sure if those things were true or not, but I can testify that it is not "ghetto" here in the least bit. The townhomes are very spacious and plenty of room. And I can feel at ease when my kids go to play outside at the park I can see them easily from my kitchen windows! The staff is very nice and Amber always works with me 🙂 I have had no noisey neighbors or even bad kids running amuck around here. There's great parks right around the corner and were not too far away from shopping diners etc. and the freeway is close enough to us but not too close to cause a disturbance. I look forward to the changes they are doing and living here for the entirety of my lease, most likely will renew!!!

Madison Grove is a great place to rent. Prices are very reasonable and the staff at MG are very professional. One of the main reasons we rented the apartments were because of how nice the 2 ladies in the office were.

Edit 3/17/17 Positive: 1) The area is really good 2) The staff does care and attempt to help you. 3) Maintenance comes at reasonable time after notice Negative: 1) Charge to add cable/satellite to apartment. Overall I'm very satisfied staying here. They will return deposit from previous location. You do have to pay deposit and pro-rated rent for the time you are living at new location once moved. Your money gets tied up for a week or so but at least you get it back. Thanks for clarifying Madison Grove! Special thanks to Sherri and Amber for their patience. - Happy Tenant

My family and I have only lived here a little over a month, but so far everything has been great. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. If you have any questions they're quick to get back to you. Matienence never takes long and they guys have always been friendly and polite. The neighbor hood has been quiet and peaceful. My kids enjoy going out the back door and running around. There's also a small park on the grounds, with a large park (3 creeks) within walking distance, which is great if you have kids. The 3 bedroom has plenty of space and we have a large family. Everything was clean and worked well when we moved in. My only complaint since moving here had been our Internet and cable and that has nothing to do with the townhouses, it's the company we chose. Lol.
