Commendation for Exceptional Customer Service “ Weekday Morning Visit To the Ivywood Management Team, I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the service I received when visiting your office recently to inquire about 2 and 3-bedroom units. I am currently in a difficult housing situation where my current home was sold for remodeling and the rent was increased by a triple amount. In a market like Columbus, where affordability is a major challenge, walking into an office and being treated with genuine respect makes a world of difference. The woman working the front desk (I visited on a weekday morning) provided "above and beyond" service. She was assisting multiple people at once, including those who had been on the waiting list for a long time and some who spoke broken English. She was incredibly patient, accommodating, and stayed professional while answering everyone's questions. I also wanted to offer one small suggestion: since many people on the waiting list lose their spot because of changed phone numbers, it would be wonderful if the office could also send notifications via email. I spoke with Theresa today and she was wonderful! She was very sympathetic in regards to our situation(finding an apartment for my daughter who goes to BG). Theresa was knowledgeable, funny, sincere and went out of her way to help us. Awesome job!!

It's a quit there ! I have a family member that stays there ! There beautiful apartments ! A big front room , a nice kitchen, bathroom and to bed room ! It's expensive to live there ! I can't afford it ! If you have good income ! You can make it !

Looks really nice after remodeling. I can't speak to the climate or what it's like day to day, but serious aesthetic improvements. The parking lot is actually paved now too!
