Great caregivers.

I joined First Light a few months ago to acquire some part time work. My previous experience translated well to this field but the training I received was also very informative and beneficial. The staff do not pressure me to pick up extra shifts I simply cannot attend. Management have never been unprofessional or rude instead opting to provide effective and concise supervision. The company's emphasis is on doing the best job we can for our clients. 10/10 would recommend to anyone going into this field.

This team was fantastic! Caring, patient, helpful plus offered ideas. Our caregiver was on spot with detials with communicated to her. My dad always looked forward to their visits. He entertained them and they were delighted! I highly reccommend First light Home Care of Central Ohio for short term or long term in home help. They can help you - give them a call to inquire about your needs! Oh and Cindy Maio is the best ever!!! My whole family adores her!!!

My Mother has Bulbar ALS and I have a full time job. Fortunately Mother was a vet of the Air Force, the VA help additional care. Kay came into our home and was a perfect fit. While Mother is nonverbal Kay treats her like anyone else . She listens and is kind and MOTHER and the rest of the family simply adore her. Thank you FirstLight!

I highly recommend FirstLight Home Care. They are a company I can trust when Hospitalized patients need transportation to home after an extended stay. They pick the patient up at discharge, get them home safely and continue to take care of all of their needs from there to help prevent the patient from returning to the hospital for an avoidable cause. FirstLight also provides transportion and companionship for the many follow up visits that are needed after a hospitalization. FirstLight has always been dependable and I will continue to recommend them to those looking for a great homecare agency.

FirstLight Home Care provides exceptional care that you can trust and depend on. As a Director of Nursing for a Hospice company, I have used many different home care agency's and found it very difficult to find a dependable one. Once I experienced FirstLight I knew I would never use any other agency again! The aides are so caring, dependable, and everyone communicated very well with our staff and the families. With FirstLight on the case were able to have peace of mind knowing if there was a change in condition it would be communicated immediately. My favorite thing about FirstLight Home Care is that no shift ever goes uncovered and the aides are matched with the clients. The nurses do introductions with the patients and caregivers to ensure they are a good fit. I have never had anything like that with any other agency. I could go on and on about the quality service of this organization. I am truly one of their biggest fans!! You won't be disappointed choosing this company as your healthcare agency!

The home health aide providers from FirstLight are very helpful and caring to my elderly father. They help to keep him safe and to keep family members informed on concerns they see. They are always on-time and working with the office staff is a pleasant experience.
