Always a pleasant experience when I visit my hubby's grandma! The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We are very pleased w the care grandma has received since moving into the assisted living and then the nursing home side!

This is an absolutely beautiful, gorgeous place!! I dont currently have family here but I would not hesitate to place my own grandparents-parents at Whispering Pines if they needed this level of care. I work with the staff frequently and they are the nicest group of people. Ive seen them treat residents like their own family and there are always fun things going on (which Ive had the pleasure of participating in). This place is a no-brainer if your looking for a home for your loved one!! Todd.

The staff is so inclusive in the residents day to day lives. Energetic, friendly and fun! Staff and residents are one big happy family! The facility is warm, cozy beautiful and clean. I highly recommend bringing a family member to stay in one of our independent OR Assisted living apartments. Feels like home!!

Whispering Pines Village is a family oriented facility. Staff treat the residents like their own family. Residents have fun playing games in the hallways, listening to music in the lobby, visiting at the fireplace with their friends or watching a movie together in the evening. rating one would like to put zero. My experience with Whispering Pines was not a good one. The secretary was great. I did do volunteering at the center. I did the Monthly vital signs on all the patients and was questioned as why I was doing it as it had never been done even thou they were recorded as being done and not all the clients were confused. I was an RN but when I retired had gave my license back to the board of Nursing in Md had worked 40 yrs at the hospital there. I did helped out with different things but I could not do admissions as I was no longer licensed. They weren't really nice to the nurses and only given one chance makes me glad that I worked only in a hospital rather than assisted living or nursing home and they didn't turn you into the nursing board first time around. I liked working with the patients and I miss it but the strife that was caused to me and my family will never heal that easy. I believe a nurse or someone with medical know how should run the place not someone who isn't in tuned to patient and staff needs. Working Nurses all shifts and not listening to their needs is a crime as far as I am concerned.
