HUD Senior subsidized housing for 60+ and disabled. 1 & 2 bedrooms, half w balcony half not. Such an odd heating and air conditioning system for each apartment. The management staff are up to all kinds of tricks to pull in extra money for the company, which even means cheating you out of your rent, overcharging you for rent, most especially if you use money orders to pay your rent. Owners Management Company is a criminal enterprise. There has been recent exposure of what is going on with tenants by the Mayors Office, and local news crews covering management/tenant issues.

I loved my apartment when I lived there. I'm thinking about coming back home soon!!!!! Some people are just plan nasty. Clean up your place people. If I see a bug . Before the company comes out. I have terminated the problem myself $$$. And they can still come in and do what they have to do. Thanks and God Bless Put cameras in your apartment. And then you won't have to worry about nothing. Clean up your apartment. I Miss Amy and Debbie they were really nice to me .. some of the people tear up their property their self. I'm pretty sure it was nice and clean when you moved in. Thanks again and God bless. I am a clean freak. Why do people watch bugs crawl around instead of spraying and killing them.
