This is a great nursing home. My mother has been here for a couple of years. They follow all the covid protocols to the letter. They have some staffing issues but everyone works very hard and manage things very well. Some of the most caring people you will every come across. This place is very clean. Great job Garfield!

My 93-year old father spent a short stay in the skilled nursing wing of the Slovene Home after fracturing his hip and in every way the facility exceeded my expectations. Caring and competent staff, attractive facility (renovated and expanded in 2012), committed therapists with state of the art equipment, high quality food and engaging activities including weekly Mass on Saturdays said by St. Mary's Father Kumse. I was so glad that I chose Slovene Home to care for my father.
