There are some nice people. The grounds need up keeping, bikes are being stolen, lot fee is too expensive and keeps going up every year.

The homes were beautiful. Just a little pricey for the neighborhood. Very beautiful though. It's like an industrial area with nice new expensive mobile homes. Nothing to rent only buy.

When I first moved here 10 years ago it was so quiet you could here a pin drop. Now we have people playing there music so loud at 1-3 in the morning. Not a place to live if you want to sleep at night.

Quite community pet friendly just enough yard for small garden I enjoy living here it's like a 2 bedroom ranch style home affordable convenient location we do need a cross walk for Brookpark between us and the gas station super efficient housing

Shannon in the office is great she helped me out so much after my parents lost everything from a house fire and had no place to really stay. She let me know about specials and if anything needed to be fixed in the new place her team Eric in maintenance will come right away to assist. Ill recommend this location always. Especially with Shannon in the offic

So far so good. At first I was very hesitant to move into a "trailer park", but after moving in the place is great and for a nice price. The person who assisted me, Shannon, was great. She answered ALL of my questions and trust me there were a ton. She has been there to respond, even if not right away, she gets back to me. She made the process easy and was great. I love my new place, 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Nice and open. The only cons I can say is that some of the parking space in front of the lots is pretty tight, of course there are still a lot of older trailers there that they are working on so the sight of the place isn't that appealing and the immediate area is industrial, but other than that its not bad. They finally have internet service which makes me VERY happy, it's close to my job and a lot of shopping. I like that I pay less for a very nice place that's still very close to downtown. Whenever I had an issue they come out quick to fix it. Honestly, all they need is to finish updates to homes and the property and I think this could be a good buy for some younger people not looking to spend to much. The area is very quite as well. In all, Shannon made the experience relaxing for me and I appreciated it very much.

Recently had an issue with my monthly statement and took it into the office and Jackie the community manager had the issue solved in about 10 minutesI was very satisfied as the way she handledI just recently purchased a mobile home and moved in a few months ago I'm glad I did this is a much better alternative to renting an apartment.

Quite place to live, its clean, lot space is entirely too small for the newer homes, but you do have an on-site maintenance guy named Eric that will go above and beyond to help you with any problems. So that's convenient.
