This is the first apartment I've lived in the USA, and it has been a wonderful experience. The apartment is clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and supportive. I am particularly thankful to the property manager, Donnell, and the leasing agent, Cynthia, for their considerate and supportive nature. They helped me resolve an issue I encountered, and I highly recommend this apartment in Cleveland!

Best apartment with justified price near CWRU and CCF. Staff were friendly and polite, the property manager is especially awesome.

We just moved in today and so far I have nothing but good things to say about the management and concierge. Everyone has been very accommodating and patient with our move in. The amenities are also pretty good. Special thanks to Ilana and Donnell for always being responsive and taking care of everything

The place is good and the apartments are nice, but there are not many Arabs there. Most of them are from Japan. In housing, you have water, electricity, and gas other than the price of the apartments.

Just moved into Park Lane Villa and this place is simply great. Quiet, clean, well maintained with a luxurious cachet. What is even greater is the striking kindness, competency and thoughtfulness of the security, staff and managing team. Ilana and Donnell made it very easy to find the best apartment and seamlessly guided us through the whole process. I would highly recommend staying at Park Lane Villa for anyone.

Excellent apartment building! The apartments are well maintained and updated. There are nice social events for residents. The employees are all very friendly and helpful- especially the concierge staff! Great location- convenient to Cleveland Clinic, University Circle, and Case Western.

Loved living here. Excellent access to downtown and walking distance to Case, Clinic, UH and the museums. Apartment was beautiful and dog friendly. Staff and concierge at the building were very helpful. Office staff were always friendly and attentive when needed. Donnell especially went above and beyond when we needed something. Having people who took care of the building and and the residents made the difference in staying there. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Park Lane Villa!
