I’ve been living at Park Lane Villa for about a year and have had a great experience. The location is very convenient for CWRU, and the community is quiet and nice. Maintenance has also been responsive whenever I needed help. Also, my roommate recently moved out, so I’m currently looking for a female roommate to share my apartment starting in August. If anyone is considering living at PLV and needs a roommate, feel free to reach out!

I am so blessed to have been granted the oportunity to live in such a beautiful and storied buiding. As a resident for over half a year now, and due to my frequent explorations of the grounds and interactions with the amazing staff, I can confidently state that this has far and away been the best home ive ever had. Cynthia really impressed me the other day as not only unpromped, did she offer consideration of my mobility concerns as ive had to adjust to new health issues, a sign of a good person, but i witnessed her capability as we passed by one another while she was conducting a tour, and she made note to identify several residents by name, including myself, which moved me greatly. As one who studies statistics her ability is truly a rare quality to even have. The welcoming staff such as Pam, and Deseree "make time" for you in between their regular duties. The conversations are great and i even got to witness them looking after resident's cherrished pets while they were away. It isnt uncommon for previous staff or residents to regularly visit or return seasonaly just to check in or regularly reside which is a sign of the genuine good nature and over all pleasant atmosphere this unique home offers. Though apartments, you still feel that hotel vibe of this historic location. So many and varried units with interresting layouts, and the views in some can be awe inspiring. The Wade Park just out front, the meuseums all over, the regular wedding events, never forget that the lake is just down the road as well. I even enjoy my neigbores, all of whom are active and many are studying and or fully practicing in medicine which is great for somebody seeking an uplifting home life and peers you can admire. This last winter was a wild one, but being able to witness it safely from the security of a century old "gilded era" hotel, now apartments, made for one heck of a welcoming experience. I await eagerly the chance to have family visit and even stay for a time as i show off this beautiful home and city.

The tour was good and Cynthia answered all our questions. She told us that once we start the application, the room is placed on pending for us and not available to others. We started the application for the room we wanted on the day we toured and believed we had it pending, as she said. When we attempted to complete the application later that evening, the online system told us the room was no longer available! We don't understand how this happened since we followed her instructions to hold the room. This was very disappointing. My daughter and her roommate were looking forward to living there.

Loved living here! I just moved out of state but happily lived at this complex for two years prior to that. It is a quiet building with staff who are very friendly and deeply care. For the minimal maintenance issues I had, they responded to the online requests often within hours. My husband and I had a baby during our time there and people at the office shared in our excitement and were ready to help us with easily coordinating a furnished apartment for my parents to stay at for a while. Finally, I really enjoyed being in easy walking distance to work at hospital and not have to deal the parking hassle there. Never had any safety concerns at the complex and felt safe walking to work at odd hours.

I lived in this apartment complex for 5 years with my wife and later newborn son and this apartment complex had the best staff / management I have ever had. The front office with Donnell and Cynthia were incredible to work with and answered all my questions promptly over the years. The concierge service was great and they were always nice to talk to and delivered packages right outside our door. When we were out of town, Desiree watched and played with our cat (free of charge). And the maintenance people, Karl and Rich, were incredibly fast at fixing any issues (always within one business day in our experience). Although the building is on the older side compared to all the other buildings that have been built recently, I would highly recommend living here.

We just moved in today and so far I have nothing but good things to say about the management and concierge. Everyone has been very accommodating and patient with our move in. The amenities are also pretty good. Special thanks to Ilana and Donnell for always being responsive and taking care of everything

The place is good and the apartments are nice, but there aren't many Arabs there. Most are Japanese students. The accommodation includes water, electricity, and gas, in addition to the price of the apartments.

Just moved into Park Lane Villa and this place is simply great. Quiet, clean, well maintained with a luxurious cachet. What is even greater is the striking kindness, competency and thoughtfulness of the security, staff and managing team. Ilana and Donnell made it very easy to find the best apartment and seamlessly guided us through the whole process. I would highly recommend staying at Park Lane Villa for anyone.

Excellent apartment building! The apartments are well maintained and updated. There are nice social events for residents. The employees are all very friendly and helpful- especially the concierge staff! Great location- convenient to Cleveland Clinic, University Circle, and Case Western.

Loved living here. Excellent access to downtown and walking distance to Case, Clinic, UH and the museums. Apartment was beautiful and dog friendly. Staff and concierge at the building were very helpful. Office staff were always friendly and attentive when needed. Donnell especially went above and beyond when we needed something. Having people who took care of the building and and the residents made the difference in staying there. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Park Lane Villa!

What can I say but wow. The story of this place is pretty interesting. Built early 1900's it's had a few uses. From being abandoned to becoming luxury apartments. The stone work is like something you would expect to see in uptown Manhattan.
