My family moved my mother into The Seasons a week ago. We worked with Molly and she couldnt have been anymore helpful! We met with her several times and she answered all of our questions and concerns. If I had a question I could text her and she got right back to me. She made this transition for my mother so much easier than we had ever imagined! She even checked up on my mother a few days into her move and texted me that she was doing well! I would highly recommend her to anyone who was looking for a place for their parents. Thanks for everything Molly!!

I dont think there is a better re-hab or skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati! Extremely happy with the care and attention given to my husbands every need for his return to good health. The staff is outstanding, communication, excellent. We had our 54th anniversary and they went out of their way to make it special for us, much appreciated! Thanks to everyone working to get him home.

I truly enjoy the staff and everyone who has helped along the way to get my grandmother set up here. Trying to handle everything for my Grandmother 500 miles away is indeed stressful but with the help of staff I was able to do so with no complications. I am very grateful.

My family was thrilled that my mother landed a spot at this 5-star assisted living facility. She has a spacious studio apartment with a bay window overlooking a patio, trees and woods. In addition to plentiful amenities, Courtyard helped us immensely with the process of moving in. The family feels relieved she will get the care she needs, while living as independently as she is able to.

A great place for seniors...everything I have seen and been a part of is top notch including admissions, transitions, therapy, and the nursing staff. Every employee really cares about all of the residents and it shows. A special thank you to the AL employees Rachel Hamm, Laura in therapy, and Nia, one of the outstanding nurses.

My grandmother has recently moved to Seasons, due to decreased mobility and lung capacity. The facilities (currently under renovation) are very nice, and the staff are incredibly patient and helpful. Rachel has been of particular assistance to my grandmother. Big kudos to her for helping to encourage my grandmother to be more sociable with her neighbors and fellow residents, and keeping her engaged throughout the difficult transition from independent to assisted living.

Seasons nursing care is a great nursing facility. All aspects are top quality and the food is good too. The people all seem to care about the welfare of the patients.I have seen a lot of nursing facilities and this one is at the top of my list.I want my wife to be comfortable and I believe the personnel at Seasons do everything they can to befriend and make comfortable every patient there.❤

So far, my experience with Courtyard at Seasons has been good. My husband came first and is in the nursing part. Michelle, the social worker has been wonderful. She has been able to answer a lot of my questions. I found her to be very helpful. I have now become a part of Assisted Living. Amy R. was very helpful. We had many phone calls and a lot of questions. She always helped me to get the information that I needed. I have been at Seasons for less than a week, and so far my experience has been good. Everyone has absolutely made me feel welcome.

It was very difficult for my 92-year-old grandmother to leave her home of 50 years, but the Seasons has made it so much easier than we had ever hoped. The staff are kind, thoughtful, and incredibly respectful. The facilities are excellent (the common areas are currently under renovation expected to be complete in early 2020 and the mock-up looks great). My grandmothers one-bedroom apartment is cozy and up-to-date and has a great view of the landscaped courtyard and woods behind the building. My grandmother even likes the food -- again, something we had all but given up on. Im so glad we found The Seasons and so glad my grandmother is there.

I have worked in this industry for almost 14 years. Seasons is by far the best place I have ever worked. I would bring any close friend or family member here, if needed. I have never been more appreciated at any other community. Seasons has by far exceeded all of my expectations. The best part is our residents and their families. They are amazing people, full of wisdom and love.

First of all, when I arrived, I had beautiful flowers from Rachel. I hadnt met Rachel, but thought she might be my guardian angel. The moment I met her, I liked her immediately. She was very good to me. My husband was here as well, and shes the only one who could make him smile. I really liked my room, all of the friendly faces, and the therapy was great. Therapy told me I did everything well. We enjoyed a meal at Seasons Independent Living, and we were very impressed with the architecture and being around people who were happy. It felt like being at a country club. I felt like I was on vacation here, which helped with my recovery. I would also like to mention my favorite nurse, Stephanie Proffitt. She comforted me when I was in pain and was always here when I needed her. She is very compassionate and very knowledeable. She is one of the best nurses Ive ever had. My overall experience at Courtyard Rehab was great.

My grandmother entered this retirement facility last month for assisted living and the activities coordinator, Rachel, has done wonderful things for her. Shes moving and engaging with others in a way that we wouldnt have thought possible a few weeks ago when she left the hospital. Thank you!

The people at Seasons are very charming and cooperative. They are easy to get along with. If you cant go home, and you have to be stuck somewhere, this is a nice place to be. The care is excellent. Rachel and Edina are great. They have positive attitudes that are inspiring and motivating.

My mom started in skilled living and then moved over to assisted living. She was treated well in both areas and enjoyed the staff and food. After a few months she felt strong enough to move back into her home. Shortly after, she fell and decided it was time to move into independent living permanently. Based on the great experienced she had the first time, she didnt look anywhere else and moved back into the Seasons. She eats well, has plenty of activities for her to participate in if she chooses, and always has good things to say about the staff. My family enjoys visiting here there, and likes eating with her in the dining room.

The staff at Courtyard Skilled Rehab was friendly and diligent at doing their job. After a while, you begin to feel like part of their family. I think that the therapists really knew their business. They were very thorough and efficient.

Seasons has been caring for my family members, on and off, for 32 years. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff are dedicated and caring. The food and programming alone are the best in the city! Because of Seasons excellent reputation and my experiences at the community, I joined the team in 2014 and absolutely love working there. In an industry with high turnover it is refreshing to see so many directors celebrating 5+ years with Seasons.

Seasons IL is very well run and has very capable people, who are very friendly and always willing to help. It is a great place to stay and I have had a wonderful experience living here for the past 5 years. I have had the opportunity to be at Courtyard at Seasons Skilled Rehab on multiple occasions. Each and every time, I have a had a great experience. The aides do a great job, and they give good care. The proximity to Seasons IL is great, because my friends can come visit me. I enjoy being in a private room and I enjoy the view. The entire Seasons campus has a lot of greenery, which I enjoy.

I had a positive experience in Rehab. The girls there took wonderful care of me. Some of them come and see me even though Im not over there anymore. They come and give me hugs and kisses. My husband agrees that my care there was wonderful. Therapy was excellent.

This is my mother's second stay at The Courtyard. Our family is so comforted to know that she is in such good hands. It's a beautiful facility, but the important thing is the level of care that she receives from the staff. The nurses, aides, PT, and OT, dietary, social workers, housekeeping, are wonderful. Of course there have been a few miscommunications and a couple of employees who were not as friendly as they could have been, but that happens anywhere where people work. The Courtyard has accomplished something that amazes me: Mother calls it home. She hopes to be well enough to go home in a few weeks, but she is happy, healing, and safe at The Seasons Courtyard.
