Scarlet oaks is a beautiful campus to bring your loved one. Staff is very caring , helpful and work together to take care of your loved one. Every single staff member from the nursing to food services and housekeeping work to make sure there is everything for your loved one! The newly remodeled therapy gym is top notch I would recommend bringing you loved one!

Scarlet Oaks has been absolutely amazing to my father and our family! He was neglected and abused at a different nursing home in Cincinnati and when we made the decision to switch Scarlet Oaks was at the top of my list. Kelly Jackson made the transition so easy for my father. Hes been a great support for our family thoughout this whole process. Weve even be allowed a few visits already (with Covid restrictions) and my father seems to be improving everyday.Its amazing how well he has improved with the correct care.I would recommend Scarlet Oaks toanyone looking for quality care for their elderly family members.

Everything was fine today. Stopped by for a wellness check and to to pickup my Moms clothes to do her laundry. She was unable to get it done there today. I also wanted to make sure that she was not receiving any aspirin or aspirin products, since shes having surgery on this Friday,1, 17, 2020.Kind regards,Linda Ruff

New and ongoing renovations in healthcare center are very nice. Lots of outings and activities for the residents. New staff care for the residents and the facility. Very nice setting with the mansion and the location.

Scarlet Oaks is top notch! The staff consistently give 110% each day. The residents are well cared for and loved as family. There are a variety of daily activities available to appeal to all interests. The facility is kept clean and smelling fresh. The meals are well balanced, and served in a spaciously beautiful dining room. If considering placement for a loved one, you would benefit from taking a tour of this outstanding facility.
