If there were a way to give negative stars for this place disguised as a nursing home, I would give it an unlimited amount of negative stars!!! My loved one is lying in hospice dying tonight because of these people and the lack of care they choose to provide for him. On Saturday, when there was a heat warning out, the staff of Clifton Healthcare thought it would be okay to leave a man who is 100% care, in a room with no air, no fan, and temps over 100 degrees in the room. So, by the time I arrived my loved one was critical and needed to be moved right away! Today I had to tell his three children that they weren't going to have a father much longer and it was all because some people just didn't care enough to do their jobs. Or at the very least have enough compassion to get him a fan or wash him off with some cold wash rags!!! What kind of people (and I use that term loosely) do they have filling positions there? Obviously either ones with no common sense or ones without a conscious. Please don't put your loved ones through that hell. Also all off the postive 5 star reviews are from different staff of the home. It kind of makes me wonder how much of a bonus each person got for their postive review.

Great experience for my aunt who has dementia. The staff is very friendly, supportive, and helpful. My aunt is happier there and always tells me how nice the staff is to her. The admissions and staff in office are very helpful and friendly. They have really helped me through this entire process of admitting and with paperwork. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to place a family member in an assisted living facility. I appreciate everyone who works at Clifton. Thank you for caring about my aunt.

I know this place have a lot of bad reviews but that was before they've made changes they are working on fixing the way they communicate with people and the care that patients receive. Andrea from admissions is absolutely an amazing person. she went out of her way to help me move my father from an abusive nursing home out of state to this one with very little notice. Ultra friendly staff. They broke down the paperwork with me step by step in terms that I can understand. I came and got a full tour of the entire facilities. Everyone gets treated the same way here whether they have Medicaid or private insurance. Upon arriving I've noticed that other patients are able to roll out to the smoking unit or just chill outside so they're not locked in their rooms like my father was at his previous place. The kitchen menus are very diverse and there is alternative if you are allergic to or don't like something. Vending machines inside the building on almost every floor. Family and loved ones can come visit anytime from opening to 9 p.m. the rooms are more spacious then his previous place. In conclusion this is just a brief report I see great potential and changes being made in this nursing home everyone is quick to post upsetting or negative comment but a lot of people have good experiences here but don't post anything give them a chance I have and it's taking a stress off of my shoulders.

I have worked here at clifton for 5 years now. I can say I love everyone here !!!when we are challenged they all jump in to help so that no one is ever struggling!!!! We are not a 100% perfect but at clifton we try to be!! The regional director is the best! she is one of the most caring, loving, giving, person to all her residents and employees. I have watched her buy winter coats, shoes, clothing, out of her own pocket book many more employees do the same here at clifton. I have felt like part of their family from day one. I have watched every department give extra care when someone was down or needing help with something.no one makes you feel less than!!! we are all treated as if we was family!!! And that means something to me!!! Would I ever send my family members here?? Yes I would because I see hand in hand the extra love and care that Clifton gives!!!!

So far so good ... Read these reviews and honestly was super concerned landing here. Just had surgery on left knee and left ankle. Got here 2 days ago. Some folks are by NATURE loud ... Lol. Thats not there fault. ! Remembering we who come here should be greatful that they took you in. (Unless something is or was criminal) have some thicker skin folks. Although this place is in need of some paint. The bedding restrooms acceptably clean. Meals well .... They have to cook for a few dozens folks plus. Thats got to be a serious job. This is NOT as bad as these reviews ive read. Thise peps are crazy. Silverspoon folks (more than likely) I say life give ya lemons. Well as they say make ya some lemonaid. 🙂 thumbs up. ! Frank P.

Ive been here since November 4th of 2018 and I had a rough time at first but when I got to know the staff I felt more comfortable. The food is horrible needs improvement bad. I recently had a very bad experience while I was out visiting someone and was put in the hospital while I was in the hospital I was visited by two angels ( as I like to call them) from the center they made sure that I I was ok and they came to visit me 3 days in a row. They made it easier for me to come back to the center knowing that they care about me and are there if I need to talk. Im very thankful for everything that this place has done for me and I wouldnt want to be anywhere else. Thank you!

I hope you did not leave your love one there if you felt it was that bad. I have not had a bad experience. My experience has been good. I appreciate all that the employees do. Prior to being an employee of Communicare Health Services, my grandmother was a resident for about 4 years until the time of her passing. During her stay along with the high's and low's of the aging process-our entire family felt she was treated with dignity and respect and with the utmost of care. Time has passed and we have many memories of my grandmother..and we will always look back fondly of my grandma's experience at Clifton Care Center.
