Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. The staff is some of the best in Cincinnati, they're always available to help with any level of services our residents need. We can assist with medical reminders to designing exercise programs and scheduling entertainment events. The selection of meals at Northgate Park are the results of many years of experience crafting menus. Our cooking staff constantly strives to make sure the dining experience is the best at our community.

You can feel the energy within this community everyone seems to thrive there. The staff goes out of their way to help acclimate new comers with their new living arrangements. Mom has lived here for two months now. The staff has been wonderful at every stage, helping us get her moved in and making her feel welcome. Her apartment is cozy, she has her own patio, the food is excellent, and there are many activities from which to choose. I especially love the skylights in the dining room--such a cheerful space.

My sister moved in a month ago after over a year in a horrible skilled nursing facility. We have found everyone to be friendly, helpful and responsive. And she likes the food. She's slowly settling in to her new studio apartment and getting to know some other residents. The only thing she has mentioned is that the bathroom is small and the tub shower will be difficult for her to get in and out of.

Our elderly father moved to Northgate Park over a month ago. I can’t say enough how nice they have been to him and how they have gone out of their way to make him feel comfortable and at home. He always remarks that he doesn’t understand how everyone there knows his name. Everything about the process was smooth, from the initial interview to the final move-in. I know now he is in a very safe place with many kind people to keep an eye on him. I would highly recommend this community.

My Dad has recently become a resident at Northgate Park. I can't say enough good things about the staff there. Kim was so acommodating and wonderful to work with as we did initial visits and move-in. Rosemarie and the rest of the staff have been great in keeping us informed about things going on with our father and have been very responsive to any questions or changes we have. It's a super clean and welcoming environment and there are lots of activities for the residents to do to keep them busy. I would highly recommend Northgate Park to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved one.

I am so glad we found Northgate Park for my mom. She loves her patio and everything she needs is on one floor. Since she has been there she seems so happy. Staff is wonderful and my family is so appreciative of their dedication to their residents. Thanks.

My mom has lived Northgate for 3 years. The staff has always nice and customer service is the best in all Ohio. My mom gain freinds and the activities are so much fun for her. Vicki at the front desk is very busy but she has shown the utmost care for all residence and their families.Covid has been a trying time for the park but Rosemarie has kept our mom and residence , staff with the utmost protection from this aweful virus. She continues to keep our families and residence up to date on what has been going on.Our family and our mom have been completely satisfied with the care they have given to her. Prices for a room has been great.Maintenance are highly qualified. Rooms are painted and clean professionally.I would highly recommend if you are looking for a retirement home or assisted living for the special person in your family life. I would highly recommend Northgat Park. Make an appointment to see what they can do for your family.

The staft has always been great. They are very caring and were very helpful with any problems we have had with my father. My father likes to stay busy with all the things they have going on each day. He also like to occasionally takes the bus trips out to eat and just for the ride around the city. We could not have picked a better place than Northgate Park for my father.Doug Hughett

My experience is been excellent because of the willingness of staff to resolve problems. They have done an excellent job of keeping a safe virus free environment for residents there. The food has been excellent. The staff has been friendly and helpful.
