I have worked for Halo for 5 year and they DO pay their workers, Halo is the highest paying agency I ever worked for. Halo will also help with giving us pay advances and SAME DAY PAY for picking up shifts. The only time there is a pay issue is when the caregiver fails to clock in or out or does not complete the required documentation. The real problem is Medicaid fraud and these caregivers are not really at work. HALO will not stand for Medicaid fraud and they are an honest company. Halo is capable of providing care for high level clients my mom was a diabetic client and the Halo caregiver was exceptional!!! I would trust Halo will my loved ones.
