Looks like Im finally leaving Traditions Rehab and going HOME on Thursday, July 4th anytime after 10am! Ive been there since May 23rd.I do have to say I had EXCELLENT CARE from everyone on Carlisle Court and the Physical Therapy Dept and I will truly miss each and every one of you.I especially want to thank PTs Mindy, Megan, Josh and Sarah for working so hard to get me through the pain and making me do what was required to get to this point.
