Warm, welcoming and clean facility. They offer a library, salon, and lots of daily activities for residents (including live music and trips to the Cleveland Museum of Art). The transportation department is amazing and goes above and beyond. Staff goes out of their way to assist in any way they can. Lovely location. Highly recommend.

Hamlet is a awesome place and I highly recommend it! The people are great and care so much about their residents. Nadine, Karen, Hector, Judy and the rest of the team that works there have been great to both of my parents and I am grateful we decided to make Hamlet home for them! Hamlet is a beautiful community in which to work or live.I am the Rehabilitation Director and Occupational Therapist for Legacy Healthcare that provides therapy to Hamlets residents. In therapy, we enjoy working closely with Hamlets very friendly staff to give our residents the best ability to function in meaningful activities that enrich their lives. Whenever I set foot onto the Hamlet campus, I feel Ive entered a place where my parents are safe and cared for. It started in Independent Living in a surprisingly spacious apartment with large windows offering beautiful views of the wooded hills and valleys of Chagrin Falls. When their health conditions changed, the Hamlets attentive team was on it, calling the family to recommend a move to Assisted Living, just a stones throw away. There, the wounded bones healed, and they were able to enjoy the company of peers and staff every day. They slept better, and so did I. Thank you, Hamlet.

I have just recently moved my Father in to the Hamlet. He is in Independent living and is extremely happy. The kitchen space is perfectly sized and the apartment he says is perfect for him. The help from management we received getting my Father into his apartment was exemplary. I owe a huge dept of gratitude to Nadine Hoffman who helped us every step of the way and made sure it was a seamless and timely transition. Thank you Hamlet.

My Mom lived at the Hamlet Atrium (assisted living) for five years. She loved her small apartment, the social activities and the community of people that became her neighbors and friends. The staff was always caring and worked to give the residents an active and healthy life.

We visited several retirement communities when were looking 5 years ago. Chose Hamlet because we had participated in several of the Case classes they offer each year and been impressed by how welcoming the residents were. I have never regretted the choice. There are newer communities but none more welcoming or with such a beautiful campus.

We went to visit a friend at Hamlet recently during the holidays and was pleasantly surprised of the warm feelings from the employees. They treated us like we lived there and went above and beyond to make sure our visits we top notch. My wife asked when are we moving to Hamlet!

Mom moved in for about a month at Hamlet Village. Its like a little village with independent living, apartments, an assisted living area, and a nursing home. Its a 47-acre property in a little, cute area in Chagrin Falls that's wooded and beautiful. My mom lives in the assisted living that's built with a large atrium in the middle. They have tons of activities, and she said the food is great. She really likes it. The first time we visited, she said it was perfect.

Hamlet Village is a very nice facility, but it did not fit our needs. It was too big and spread out. I saw one receptionist interacting with a resident in the lobby.

This facility is one of many in our area. It was a little out of my family's price range, but I must say it was impressive. The grounds are kept rather immaculately and the entire facility is more of a campus for assisted care and apartments for self-sufficient retirees. We visited two times, both random open door invitations where we found a friendly staff all around, a piano player for the dinner meals, and a very caring staff. I think it goes back to the fact that you're paying for this kind of quality, but they were straightforward about costs and looked into every avenue of how my grandfather's insurance plan might be utilized. A friend of ours has put both of his parents here at separate times and gave us the recommendation. He told us some of his fondest memories were getting to walk around the area with his father, which is located very closely to a village town with many shops, parks, and waterfalls. A great way to retire, and, again, costly and impressive.
