The aides and nurses are very attentive and sincere. My Mom has been at Hamlet for over 15 years. Questions are always answered quickly and professionally. The nursing team did a great job with Mom during her final days on Hospice Services at Hamlet. My wife and I could not be more appreciative of the care and constant over site that Tish and her team provided to my mom. We wish we could give Hamlet more stars than 5!

I had a very positive impression of the Hamlet lifestyle. Being surrounded by nature is very important to me and retaining proximity to the beauty of the area has been carefully and thoughtfully preserved. I was interested in independent living and found the accommodations very comfortable and affordable. I love the fact that it would be an easy walk to the Village. The tour was unhurried and I was given all the time I needed to get any questions answered. I am definitely considering next steps to making Hamlet my new address.

Really like the place as I've seen it on my 2 appointments. Surrounded by woods, clean and well maintained, tons of activities available. Nadine was a wonderful host and answered all my questions. Going over today to sign up.

The location can't be beat. All the apartments are laid out in a lovely and easy access. The rooms shown to me just blew me away and I immediately signed on at the end of the tour. Staff is lovely, friendly, and willing to discuss any questions you may have. I also need to say that compared to other places I visited, The Hamlet was the most friendly, and cost saving experience I had.

Warm, welcoming and clean facility. They offer a library, salon, and lots of daily activities for residents (including live music and trips to the Cleveland Museum of Art). The transportation department is amazing and goes above and beyond. Staff goes out of their way to assist in any way they can. Lovely location. Highly recommend.

Hamlet is a awesome place and I highly recommend it! The people are great and care so much about their residents. Nadine, Karen, Hector, Judy and the rest of the team that works there have been great to both of my parents and I am grateful we decided to make Hamlet home for them! I have just recently moved my Father in to the Hamlet. He is in Independent living and is extremely happy. The kitchen space is perfectly sized and the apartment he says is perfect for him. The help from management we received getting my Father into his apartment was exemplary. I owe a huge dept of gratitude to Nadine Hoffman who helped us every step of the way and made sure it was a seamless and timely transition. Thank you Hamlet.

My Mom lived at the Hamlet Atrium (assisted living) for five years. She loved her small apartment, the social activities and the community of people that became her neighbors and friends. The staff was always caring and worked to give the residents an active and healthy life.

Whenever I set foot onto the Hamlet campus, I feel I've entered a place where my parents are safe and cared for. It started in Independent Living in a surprisingly spacious apartment with large windows offering beautiful views of the wooded hills and valleys of Chagrin Falls. When their health conditions changed, the Hamlet's attentive team was on it, calling the family to recommend a move to Assisted Living, just a stone's throw away. There, the wounded bones healed, and they were able to enjoy the company of peers and staff every day. They slept better, and so did I. Thank you, Hamlet.

The staff at Hamlet is very caring and compassionate. After all of the searching, Hamlet turned out to be the best place for Mom. Every person who cared for Mom was so sweet and took a genuine interest in her. She enjoyed being at Hamlet very much.
