This facility is absolutely beautiful. The outdoor courtyard with its pretty flowers is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Inside, there’s never a dull moment with the variety of activities offered. The whole atmosphere feels welcoming and full of life!

Ive had a wonderful experience with Miller Place Assisted Living. The building is always very clean and well cared for, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Miller Place is a beautiful facility! Their apartments for the residents are nice and spacious! The residents seem very Happy!! All the staff I came in contact with, were very friendly and welcoming! The food even smelled delicious while I was there!

The staff at the Miller Place is wonderful. They took such good care of my parent. They were patient, understanding, and mostly, so loving and kind. Carrie, Cory, Amy, Keely just to name a few. But I especially want to thank Leslie, personal care attendant. She went above and beyond in caring for mom. Carrie- thank you for being excellent staff to the team. Thanks for your leadership

My mom entered Miller place(about 4years ago) when she was lucid and independent. Their big selling point to us was that she could live her life out there. As her health and cognition declined, so did the executive staff. There were many changes on that level while she was there, with the latest not so positive. They would make decisions without acknowledgement or input from the family. Family was no longer called when an incident happened. Communication was not any better at the cooperative level. Emails and calls went unanswered. I do have to add , the CNAs (Penney and Tom),along with many more and Cori from activities are wonderful. Cori truly loves her job. Along with being caring, she makes it fun for the residents. Tom, Penney and many more CNAs cared for my mom with love and respect. I know health care has become a business, but you need to have compassion and open communication when dealing with families and their fragile loved ones. Something Trust well seems to have lost.

Mom has been at the Miller Place for almost a year. The staff (admin, nurses, aides, cooks, cleaning) all make mom their priority in her care and daily living. The staff is our family and always greets us with a smile and is truly concerned with how we are coping as well. From family nights , games and entertainment, the Miller Place makes sure the residents are busy and entertained throughout the year. We appreciate the love they give to Mom.

Best assisted living facility I’ve ever been in. It’s beautiful, the residents are happy, the food is great and the staff are extremely loving. Highly, highly recommend. We are so happy we made the decision to take our grandma there. She’s able to have the fullest life and be taken care of in a genuine, caring way. Please go check it out. You’ll be so happy you did!

I went for a public event to the Miller Place rather than having a family member living there. In my short time there the place was clean and elegant. The help seemed friendly and compassionate to the elderly. The residents seemed happy and cared for. No problems or issues that I noticed in my short time there.
