East Park Retirement Community refused to send my deposit back to me. The East Park Retirement Community found an "all clear" with my apartment and even replied to my current Property Manager that the deposit would not be on "hold." A good report. Unfortunately after several attempts by myself and my new Social Worker, we can resolve this problem. Any help would be appreciated. We are not given any specific information other than the independent living records were eliminated by the company's reorganization. The deposit is $835. Would appreciate any assistance on this matter. So far we have been given the runaround.

A family member has recently moved to this facility in the memory care building. We had a great experience with everything from touring to admission, to preparation for the move. Their admission directors were super helpful and supportive. The facility is clean and secure. They have activities to keep their residents active and engaged. Their nurses and staff are very nice and friendly, who went above and beyond by using Google translator to speak to my aunt due to language barrier. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've been here about 2 years now I really like the staff and the administration is working hard they include us a lot in the decisions I have a beautiful room and I get to garden in our courtyard we've planted tomatoes green peppers and strawberries and a bunch of flowers so it looks really nice and my room is really nice and comfortable it feels like home

Jo made my move to East Park Assisted Living effortless. She is simply amazing at her job and you can tell she loves doing it. I love living here. Cooks cater to each resident. Meals are hot and soo good. All the staff are caring, friendly and on top of their jobs. Even though I am one of the younger residents, others living here are kind and welcoming. Plenty of activities to do and trips to take on their bus driven by Michelle. Anthony and the maintenance staff are timely. And I love the 24/7 nurses and aides on duty, makes me feel safe in my apartment. Kelly, Jeff and the therapy staff do an amazing job helping me get the therapy I need. I definitely recommend this establishment to those looking. Come take a tour. Kathy will take care of you.

A converted school building that's now a retirement facility. I gjve talks on various musical topics here. The staff is friendly and very caring. An altogether great place to live or work. They also have a separate memory care unit that is wonderful!
