Tess and her team, specifically Gloria were lifesavers. They showed up during covid and helped my 83 year old mother and my family in a way we couldn't have imagined. They were trustworthy, caring, and kind and helped my mother in an emergency time of need for over a month. My mother was all alone in Cleveland, and they swept in while all of us were out of state. It was a lifesaver! They really were angels - I couldn't recommend them more!

You made my moms life better. Her face would light up when the visiting angels would arrive. She did not think of them as home healthcare workers, but more as her new friends. Originally I had contracted Visiting Angels for 3 hours daily for 15 days while I was out of the country. My trip was canceled and Tess was very generous is adjusting their contractual hours. The women was very kind and professional. Thank you.

They were fantastic taking care of my Dad who suffered from dementia during his last years. And they were also wonderful looking after my Mom when she dealing with congestive heart failure. I cant say enough about how wonderful and helpful the Visiting Angels were.

Our fathers health took a rather sudden turn for the worse and we needed caring support to be near him while he recovered, Visiting Angels was our ultimate choice. We read reviews and talked with others whom we know went through this, each time Visiting Angels was recommended and we couldnt be happier with the choice. The ladies worked with us to get dad the help he needed first and then worked with us to take care of the financial end. As for dad, he loved the companionship and being able to feel he safe. All of his needs were met. Now that he is back on the mend, if we ever need help again, Visiting Angles will be our first call.

The caregivers are true angels, which explains why they work with Visiting Angels. The Angels take their job personal as they treat their clients as if they were their own family members. In addition to performing the necessities with the clients they will also be their friend and-or companion and take them out to eat, to the show, run errands for them, take them shopping, etc. The Director, Tess, and her office staff, will be sure the right Angel is matched up perfectly with the clients needs. Aides were caring and professional, and back office communication was excellent! Really set a high bar! Unfortunately it did not work for us to continue care with them, due to personal circumstances. I did not fully appreciate the quality of my experience until we tried another highly rated company. Id go back to Visiting Angels in a heartbeat, if the circumstances called for their services again.Actually, our circumstances changed, and Im happily back with them! (No offense to Visiting Angels of Cleveland -- I left the positive review with the wrong office!

I would recommend Visiting Angels in Berea to anyone. I am very proud of our franchise. We work very hard to make sure our caregivers are skilled and go through our training programs and meet the needs of our clients. Our policy is to first go out and meet with the client and their family. We spend a great deal of time up front making sure we have all the information needed to make a recommendation of a care plan that will work well for each individual client we take care of. In addition we choose caregivers that are skilled and can relate to the particular needs of our clients. Visiting Angels has been chosen as the number one choice for home care. We offer a free home assessment, it is all private duty care and its all in home care for seniors. We can also assist with clients who are veterans so that they can receive financial aid to which allows them to stay home and still receive care. We set up the care plan so that our caregivers who are chosen are a good match for our clients and their personal needs. The girls are informed ahead of time what the plan of care will be and they are chosen because of their skill set so there is no question if they are qualified before they meet their new client. It was a God sent to find VIsiting Angels in Berea. The Office Manager did a great job finding someone to help out at the last minute. You were really a great help to me, personally when I needed the last minute care for our mom. All the caregivers took excellent care of our mom. We didnt receive any complaints from our mom so you know they had to be good! Moms home was always so clean...spotless, clothes were washed, cleaned, cooked all of her meals, etc. It took a lot of stress off of us and gave us peace of mind knowing she was getting the excellent care she was receiving from the ladies. The caregivers were truly our Visiting Angels.

Tess the director of Visiting Angels of Berea helped our family through a difficult time with our aging parents and we are forever grateful. Her professional and caring manner guided us with two wonderful care givers, Linda and Christine, who became a lovely addition to our family. Tess also instructed us to receive veteran benefits because our father served in the Army which was a huge savings to help cover this care giving expense. It takes special people to work and care for the elderly and we found that special touch with Visiting Angels of Berea. Needless to say I would highly recommend this agency and truly feel they were a gift to our family from above.

The services I receive at Visiting Angels in Berea are great! I get along well with all of the Angels that help me and I enjoy my Angel that comes on a regular basis. I love to paint pictures, so my Angel paints with me and we do other things together as well. She takes me to see my friends, as well as outings I like; a ride in the country, out to lunch, take me to Dr appointments, grocery shopping and to art supply stores. It helps us come up with new things to make or paint. My Angel knows and understands my health needs and we have snacks together, she keeps my house clean and she insists I drink water, water, water! 🙂 We have great conversations and I enjoy when shes here. In addition, we share a lot of the same interests and passions in life.

We have grown substantially over the years and our primary goal is to provide the best possible care for our clients so that they can live comfortably in their homes. Our Angels are chosen based on their compassion to help others and the quality skill set. Visiting Angels is the perfect name for this company. Our Angels love what they do and are truly not just companions but become family to the loved ones they take care of. If they do not fit our criteria then they will not be hired. They are vetted, screened and background checked before they are hired. We love our jobs at VA Berea!

My mom has been so happy with her care giver which has been a relief for me since I live out of town and cant be there to look in on her myself. She says her primary care giver has been more like a friend then an employee. When her primary care giver is not going to be available, Tess and Sherrie always make sure another well qualified care giver is available for her. Visiting Angels wasnt originally my first choice. After trying another company for almost a year, I realize Visiting Angels is the best in home care available for my moms needs.
